          Melvin Halsey is a 16 year old teenager who lives in the Willowfield Dead End area and has affiliation with the 108th Willowfield Blocc since he was a child. When he was growing up he often did criminal activities. Therefore, Police officers work most actively in the city of Los Santos at a very high level. But he always enjoys the job because for him it is a fun thing for him, he also has many friends and affiliates to help him do his activities. Increasing age makes him a more mature person and less childish. He also began to try a new life by opening a small business with his friends and would leave the criminal activities that he often did for life.

 

          When he was 34 years old, he was given the trust by his OG's to be able to demand the 108th Willowfield Bloc be more advanced. Day after day has passed by him and he is very smooth in maintaining the trust that has been given, the economic situation is getting better and developing smoothly because of him. On a clear night, there was a conversation by the higher-ups, and he took part in the conversation which would be led by the higher-ups there, after talking for a very long time, he did not accept the decision given by his superiors. He also became angry because of the decisions made by the higher-ups and finally he betrayed him and left him far away.

 

          Before he left, he recruited his closest friends to join him and was about to make a new one. After recruiting several members, he also launched his action to avenge the higher-ups who were there. Two days passed, Melvin was enjoying his life very peacefully and serenely. Since he made a group, he would be the biggest and strongest in the city of Los Santos. When in the morning, and was enjoying his day, suddenly his territory was attacked by the higher-ups in Willowfield and as a result he died right in front of his loyal members. Kadrick Banks as Melvin Halsey's closest friend did not accept what was made by him, and promised to repay him one day. he breathed his last and his friends paid their respects to him.
