Josiah Crooks is a 23 year old adult who lives in Washington DC with his parents. Even though at the age of 23, Josiah still lives with his parents, Josiah's parents named Oman Curtiz and Isabella Standford who are have black race. Josiah or often called Wolf by his friends during college because he has a strong physique and really likes close-range running, Josiah often won several matches or short distance running events by getting a gold medal in his school days. Josiah is known as a gifted child in the field of sports, but weak in other subjects, Josiah or Wolf often spends time practicing with his friends instead of spending his time studying. After graduating from high school, Josiah did not continue his education, but spent his time with several people at his hangout. The place that Josiah often visited grew into a gathering that was built by 9 people, who were often referred to as the "Nine Pillars". Josiah was not one of the 9 people, but they knew about Josiah and brought Josiah to the association, that's where Josiah started his new life by selling various used goods such as clothes, electronics and others. However, these items are sometimes obtained from very far away, some rumors say the items sold by the Josiah association are items that were stolen in another city and resold in Josiah's city. Several years after the association started, there were many conflicts between Josiah's association and other associations, thus making the police overwhelmed by this. Right on Wednesday, the police planned to make Josiah's association force, the nine leaders of the association that Josiah entered were prepared with full weapons to fight the police, the incident was inevitable and made the nine leaders die on the spot, Josiah survivors of the incident fled the city and started a new career in Los Santos.
