Claudio was born into a humble family with his parents Champbell, and he also has an older brother named Bern. Claudio is known to be naughty at school, since childhood he was often fussed over. The fight resulted in Claudio's victory, which injured his enemy so badly that he lost his right eye because Claudio's friend stabbed him. Six months have passed, Claudio has now moved to West Los Santos following his brother. Los Santos is a harsh environment to live in. The high cost of food and taxes, made Claudio have to work hard to make money by doing odd jobs. Until one day he met someone, that someone invited Claudio to work as an illegal arms dealer. Given that Los Santos is a harsh environment, he agreed to the invitation. Because being a dealer in illegal weapons is also enough to make money.
