After the conclusion between the law enforcement and the notorious countryside bikers, Hawk a.k.a Melvin Hawthrone is the law enforcement snitch that gets himself a psuedonym between the detectives that in charge of cutting down the bikers business on the underground. Ofcourse, Melvin is not some of the dumbest man. Melvin pact a deal with a detective for every information about those bikers as his usual playground is near the bikers den itself, R-Special garage in Blueberry. Hawk gave the detective a daily report about the bikers gang via message. His intels eventually brought down the gang as every intels he gave is valid, therefore the detectives ensure him that Hawk will get his reward when the official report is out.

Melvin, in other hand, started to take a few step forward with his mate Kinomiya running with him trying to get a courier deal with the irishman at Playa with running low in cash as his main motive. Unfortunately for Melvin, the detectives really got their eye on him because they law enforcement think that he's a dangerous person based on how clean he gain intels without getting caught or gain suspicion by his target. His news on getting the attention of the Irish mob plus his skill on gaining intels really puts him on the top of the wanted list.

Desperate to get himself a grasp on money, Melvin calls Ichika, the detectives that he work with, to bring his money. Ichika agreed, she told him to meet her at the Marina Burger Shot. Both of them managed to meet, talking about the money that Ichika owe to him. Ichika refused, because of him being in the wanted list. Angered by Ichika's refusal, Melvin threaten Ichika to give him the money with a gun pointing at her head. Ichika told him to put down his weapon if he really wanted the money. Turns out its all a lie, Ichika points her gun to Melvin as soon as he puts down his gun, pinned him down when he tried to ressist with a load of bullet on his chest. Melvin is bleeding, but his effort trying to kill havent gone. He tried to grab his gun but Ichika quickly countered it with a three shot to his chest, ultimately making him fall unconscious. Melvin is transported to the hospital, but his death is inevitable as his wound is too fatal. Melvin died with a gunshot wound on his chest.
