She is the only child in the marriage of Archer Genevieve and Claudia Joanne. Her parents decided to name her as Sienna Genevieve. Sienna got so much love from her parents, she was spoiled by them. She got everything she wanted, this kind of life made her grow up to be a spoiled kid and not a very hardworking person. Sienna spent her 17 years living under her parents' shadows. Her father was a successful businessman in Las Venturas, which made her get so much pressure from people's expectations toward her about continuing her father's path to becoming a businesswoman but in fact, she wants to become a doctor. She got to attend the best private school in the city in every stage of her education. In her high school, she started to hang out with most popular girls at school. Little did she know, her friend just made use of her because she is rich. After knowing the fact that her friend betrayed her trust, she got angry and gave them a lesson until they lost their popularity. She started to have a trust issue since that tragedy. Even though the tragedy left a wound in her memory, it didn't make her stop pursuing her dream. She continues her study overseas at Harvard Medical School. In her last years of medical school, she got bad news from her parents. His father went bankrupt after being scammed by his most trusted person, his private secretary. He lost all of the assets under his name except one house, and got a heart attack immediately after knowing that fact. Sienna rushes to go home after hearing the news, but unfortunately upon her arrival her father has died, leaving her wife and child nothing but a little house on the side of the country. The tragedy forced Sienna to leave her luxury lifestyle and start to live simply. She even attended her graduation ceremony online because she did not have money to buy a plane ticket to go there. One day, her mother told her that Sienna is her second child and she has one son from her first marriage with a man named Michael Jhonson. Her mother told her story leaving her son in Japan and regrets that choice. Sienna was shocked for a while, then asked her step brother's name. After knowing her step brother's name, which is Terry Jhonson, she searched his name on every social media until she found out that he lived in Los Santos, working as a police officer. She tried to message him a few times and told him that she is actually his step little sister. Terry gives her a good response, he is a welcome person. After she feels closer to her step brother, Sienna decides to meet her step brother and start her life at Los Santos. She went to Los Santos from Las Venturas using a train and her arrival at Unity Station was immediately welcomed by her brother, Terry.
