Penny Rockwell has finished his probationary period and been voted in as a full patch member of the Club by his chapter with all the rights.

Being as a full patched member is an honourable indeed, but in aside, it's such not as simple as that. He should be able to make more

an effort, responsibilities, and all the things Club needs to. He will be expected to live in a manner that honours his position

and his club according to the bylaws of the Club with the possibility of being strippedback to a prospect

or even will be kick out of the Club in bad standing if he doesn't.
