There's a man called Raul Hector and his son Luca Silverberg. Local citizen known Hector as confidence and Inspiring person. May 5th, 2011 Hector was suggested by local citizen for acting as watch leader of the Las Payasadas. Once the Watch group has been formed, Hector contacting local Law Enforcement to provide a number of training programs that will help the citizen work together to protect themselves and their community. Spoiler (Las Payasadas in 2009) Luca Silverberg was promoted as Block Captain once he receive proper training and instruction from his father and local Law Enforcement. His father pushes him to ended his childist and make a man out of him. Back in the previous days Luca was just sloppy teenager, alcoholic and ignorance. Under his father community circumtances was made him proactive and becoming a better social awareness person. Making estabilishing programs on block, Luca success initiated to develop and build benefical partnership for the community. April 16th 2016, After five years leading Las Payasadas citizen, Hector moving to Los Santos joined San Andreas Police Department, his son Luca Silverberg has become successor leading Neighboorhod Watch of Las Payasadas. Luca encourage massive citizen to take active steps in the community, keep maintaining communication between group members and local Law Enforcement. Spoiler (Luca held regular meeting and training on relevant skills) The group focused it's attention to developing specific strategies of crime prevention, receiving support by his father Luca also build relation with Los Santos Police Department for launch variety seminars like vulnerability studies for business assessments citizen of Las Payasadas. It's the biggest achievement of his life, even Luca has made many contribution for both citizen and Las Payasadas county. Spoiler (Vulnerability studies for business assessments seminar) A couple years passed Luca heard his father was died during his duty, the death of his father becomes advice to Luca to be better as a better person for everyone. Just only at that time he packed up his stuff and attend his father funereal in Los Santos and decide to stay there. Still pursuing his ambition to become his father successor as Law Enforcement and still continues to play a vital role in Las Payasadas.
