Ichika was born safely in a hospital in the city of Tokyo, her mother named Aimi and her father named Kishimoto. Ichika grew up in an environment that is very close to very kind people, Ichika has a birthmark on the back of her neck which the conclusion is slightly different from the children around her environment. Ichika grew up in an environment that respects older and younger people, from the little Ichika learned by, since the age of 5, Ichika has started training herself with physical exercises that don't make her body physically decline. At the age of 10, Ichika won several martial arts competitions and won 1st and 2nd place in several competitions. Ichika trained her physique with the exercises she made during her growing up. Ichika is also an exemplary student in her elementary and middle school, she is included in the category of a diligent child and has a good character towards her friends and teachers. At the age of 17, Ichika attended a Tokyo high school, with good grades, earning her various scholarships which helped him. Ichika graduated from school above with perfect scores and got a scholarship to enter the University in Texas, but Ichika was not sure about the scholarship, because she had to leave her family in Japan and move to the United States, America. Ichika's parents got permission and were excited to continue her education and take the scholarship, because her parents knew that Ichika could live independently. Ichika leaves for Texas feeling confident and trusting in her parents. Ichika started her studies in Texas and became friends with her neighbor, Rey Clipper. Ichika and Rey are neighbors in the complex, Ichika often helps Rey and his family, including Rey. Ichika majoring in law at the University of Texas, Ichika dreams of becoming a Police Officer in her city after she gets his law degree. Ichika was transferred to Los Santos to do practical work in the city, Ichika also mingled in the city by seeking knowledge as a Police Officer.
