Rian Odea is born on March 16, 1974, in Dublin, Ireland. His father, Conor Odea, is a famous cook at the Temple Bar Food Market in Dublin. After Rian came home after school, his father always showed Rian around his kitchen and let him see how his father served the food. His father also gave him some pro tip and his own secret recipe to Rian, which he never told anyone but Rian. Rian is inspired by his father and he dedicates himself to become a good cook like his father and opens his own restaurant. After Rian graduated, he started a cooking class which is arranged by his father. In that class, he met Claire, who is going to be his wife and the mother of his children.

They decided to marry each other after being together for two years. Rian had an idea in his mind about following his dream and open his own restaurant. Fortunately, Rian’s father was about to retire. So, his father gave his savings to Rian and told him to turn their home into a restaurant or a bar. Rian, who was hesitant to open his own restaurant, was being supported by his inspiring father and loving wife. Then, Odea’s Bar and Kitchen was officially open in the year 2000. The business goes smoothly. After one year of marriage, they decided to have a child. Their firstborn is a boy, they named him Niall Odea. Turns out, having a child and managing a restaurant is a lot of work.

After the business went well for 20 years, Rian decides to take it to the next level. Rian searches for an investor in the United States of America to open their restaurant there. Rian thinks that it is more beneficial to open a restaurant in the USA than in Ireland. Claire, who always wants to live abroad, is pretty psyched to open their own restaurant out of Ireland. So, they flew to Los Santos. They finally have a lease on a building and decide to open a steakhouse called Odea’s Steak and Bar.
