His parents are Frank Bullard and Karina Bullard. When he was a child, Jacko was a good child and devoted to both parents. But when he got older, Jacko's behavior became bad or could be said to be a "Bad Boy". His mother and father felt very sad because he had failed to educate Jacko as a child at that age. But starting to grow up, Jacko also thought why he could became a person like this. More and More he began to self-introspect, what was really wrong in him. What really happened to himself. As of today, both of his parents died on a road as a result of a robbery that occured in the area. Jacko's feeling at that time were very mixed. Where he was annoyed and angry towards the killer, on the other side he was sad because he had lost both of his parents. Currently Jacko is a very mature person in dealing with problems and others, mature in choosing what is good and bad. PRESENT Today, Jacko moves from California to a City called Los Santos. A city full of violence but full of money. Jacko started his career in this city, Such selling food on the pavement, roadside, and other. One day Jacko rested and chose to tour the City of Los Santos. Jacko felt very happy to be able to go around the city using the money that he search by his own way. By this time, Jacko was already successful in the sense of being able to buy houses and cars with his own money. For now he's living on the new residences, located on Fort Carson which is a place for trucker. Today Jacko returned to California to visit the graves of his parents who had died several tens of years ago. He was very sad and sorry because of the mistakes he had made to his parents.
