Kenny, who is often called Quin by his friends and pals, lives in the East Los Santos Apartment. Quin lives with his uncle when his parents die in a plane crash, he becomes a different person from before after learning that his parents have died. Quin becomes a naughty and unruly boy, Quin is also a member of the Exton Drive Gang gangster. Quin is given a job by Trev, Trev is Quin's boss. Trev gives Quin a job to ship a kilogram of drugs to his friend's house in Montgomery, Quin accepts the offer without hesitation. The next day Quin starts delivering these items with his friend Brian, Brian is Trev's friend. Quin and Brian went straight to Montgomery, they immediately met Trev's friend there. But without Quin and Brian's knowledge, they have been trapped by Trev's friends. This led to Quin and Brian being jailed for five years, knowing that Trev was immediately angry. He did not accept that his friend had been in prison for treason committed by his friend. Two years have passed, Quin and Brian returned to East Los Santos. They come to meet Trev, Trev turns out to be in prison for getting Quin and Brian's revenge. Two days passed, Quin visited Trev at SACF. Quin also tells what happened five years ago, Trev also tells Quin to take care of his sister named Anna until he gets out of prison. Quin promises to look after Trev's brother until he gets out of prison, then Quin says goodbye to Trev to come back. One week later, Quin came to see Anna. Quin tells Anna where Trev's brother has been going, Anna is surprised after knowing this because Anna doesn't know that Trev is in prison. Anna cried on Quin's shoulder, Quin tried to calm Anna down. Without realizing it, Quin fell in love with Anna, Anna felt the same way for Quin. They often made love in Quin Apartments, until finally Trev got out of prison. Quin welcomed Trev, as did Anna. Quin tells Trev that he is in a relationship with Trev's younger brother, Trev, who is shocked to hear this, immediately knocks Quin down. There, Anna held Trev and begged not to punch Quin, then Trev calmed down. The next day Quin came to Trev, Quin promised to take care of Anna no matter what.
