      Silvio Andres Quiroz is a Spanish-Mexican man who spent his childhood in a small village in Kansas. His father was an illegal imigrant from Spain while his mother was a local mexican who happened to live in Kansas. During his childhood, Silvio was an obedient kid who always help his parents doing a farm and ranch work. At 7 year old, he was able to do what kids at his age could not. He mastered horse riding, markmanship, and even hunting. However, his happiness as a child did not last long.

 

     One night on his 9th Winter, Silvio was asked by his mother to take some firewoods. He then went to the backyard where the family stored their firewoods. While he was taking some of the firewoods, he heard gunshot, 4 times from the house. He throwed away the firewoods and rushed to the house. He saw two men leaving the house wearing black suit, grining to him and getting away with a car. Silvio was left in despair as he saw his parents’ dead body lying on the living room with blood flowing over the carpets.

 

    After the tragedy, Silvio was taken care by his Aunt, Claudia. They moved to San Fierro and rented a flat around the Chinatown. He studied there until he got his master degree. Nevertheless, Silvio has never forgotten about what happened to his parents. Beside studying, he also did researches about any clue that could lead to his parents murderer.

 

    20 years after the murder case, he finally got convincing evidences that the murderers are affiliated with a Gang in Los Santos. Afterwards, he quitted his job as a lecturer and packed all of his stuff. The next morning, he booked the plane ticket to Los Santos and promised himself that somebody has to pay for his parents’ death.
