In a few months, his mom which named Mariah Oher had given birth to her son named Isaiah Oher, at the meanwhile when Isaiah turned the age of six months his parents considered to resettled. They went to Los Santos that hoping to get a better life for the future, that was because it payed a pretty high living expenses when they were in San Fierro, as soon as they arrived in Los Santos, suddenly it so happened that a house had been sold at quite a low price, and they decided to buy it. Several-days ago his parents enrolled their son at school nearest of their house and it would be easier to watch, and also drive their son off to school. In a nutshell, Isaiah known as a delinquent-teenager around his neighborhood as well as at his school, since his fellow that lived near by his house offered him to hawk the illc-goods and he complied the offer as long as his parents didn't notice when their son always went out in the mid-night, but Isaiah didn't realize that one of the policemen was suspicious of him, those cop were tailing him-up from a distance as he awaited what Isaiah was gonna do. When Isaiah bargain with his client the cop whom suspicious on him directly chased him afterwards and he was under arrested, when his parents heard about his son in the JAIL by the police they were totally shocked and disappointed, they visited his son at Police Station commerce in Los Santos. Isaiah has imposed as a misappropriation that according the law in San Andreas. Four years passed when Isaiah's got the parol. Someone was waiting for him in front of the central police station to pick him up as was known one of Isaiah's friends who was laways with him during those four years in advance, and was involved in drug abuse and illegal transactions. He wasn't to see his parents cause the reason he realized that wholly his fault, so he decided to leave them unannounced. That was his own way without hesitation.
