He's live in good-well family and neighbourhood. All of his friends like him since in playground. Frank Dogood or also called Frank, he have a skills that no one of his friends can do it. When he was 5 years old, he can do a wheelie by bike up to 35 ft. (10,7 m). Then, when he was in High School, he show he skills in driving a Go-Kart and make a race with their friends and Frank always be number one. Not just by that, he can do a perfectly parallel car parking with both of two car in front and back of his car while he trying to get driving license. Then, he realize that he have a ability with a vehicles. In that condition, when in 22 years old, he try to join a legal car race. With the high confidence, ability and lot of money, he decided to race. At last, he winning the race and have a chance to join a NASCAR race in San Andreas, most pointly in Los Santos. But, he have to do a saddest thing, that is leaving his both parents and his family. With heart pounded, Frank leave his family. Then, he arrive in Los Santos. Frank join with The Heatstroke Team and always win a racing in every season. By winning the race, Frank get a middle name is "Heat", because when the race is started, Frank always make his car at top speed acceleration and always win the race. But, when in 2010, Frank get a car accident while racing. He crashes another car. Both of Frank's hands, chest, and head have a fatal fracture. Frank must recover himself in almost a year. From here, he lost all of popularity, fans, money, team and many more. Then, the name of Heat its like have been buried away deep in the sea. After Frank get his full healthy back, he decided to quit from race world and try to live like the most people in Los Santos.
