FTWheels Posted July 31, 2020 Posted July 31, 2020 Character: Noah_Everleigh Waktu & Tanggal: 07/31/2020 Barang yang dibutuhkan: Component di garasi sebanyak 8341 Saya membutuhkan refund karena: Pada malem hari terjadi 2 kali server down, saya mengalami server down pada saat pertama kali pukul 21:11 tanggal 30/7/2020 dimana posisi terakhir saya di MC membawa tow truck maupun sadler. sebelum itu saya mengambil component digarasi samping modshop dengan id G:105 sebesar 1659 component dari 10000 component untuk mobil sadler pukul 20:14 untuk melakukan Upgrade kendaraan customer. ketika login kembali pada pukul 21:11 ditemukan bahwa sadler saya terdapat didalam garasi berarti terkena rollback dengan posisi garasi tertutup. setelah itu saya tidak menyadari bahwa compo saya hilang pada malem hari. pada pagi harinya saya ingin mengambil compo saya digarasi ternyata 0 component (dicek tadi pukul 08:51). maka dari itu saya membuat permohonan refund request yaitu sangat diperlukan component tersebut untuk melanjutkan kerja saya sebagai mechanic.
