Yocelyn Niguel was born in the United States on August 25, 1999. At the age of 18, she graduated from the Packer Collegiate School and continued her studies at Yale University, funded by her parents. Yocelyn was known as a person who loved painting and such, when she entered her college Yocelyn majored in Fine Art, after she chose the Arts major Yocelyn was very fond of the field and after finishing returning from her studies, Yocelyn was the only child of her parents , she also spends her time just to go to college and pursue her hobby as a painter.
 
4 years later Yocelyn successfully stepped on semester 8, Yocelyn completed her graduation and got a masters degree. After completing her college, she tried to continue her midwife. Apparently in drawing and painting, a few months later she only spent time painting and selling it while saving money from proceeds. she sold her paintings, she opened a shop for tools for painting, drawing with the results of her savings, and her business was increasingly carried out by selling a variety of tools for painting, after having a tool shop she only spent her time in her business alone.
 
Yocelyn tried to introduce his paintings to various cities with her own work, several corners of the city were fond of the paintings and she increasingly developed her career as a painter. the painting went out of the country to be sold. After a few years she worked as a painter both of her parents were very proud of her career, and did not forget herself to take her parents on a vacation to a tour in her own city, day after day she spent her time on these things, after a few months ahead Yocelyn and her parents decided to move to a city and buy a more suitable house to live in, due to her successful condition in the arts, and decided to stay in Los Santos with her family and continue her business in the city of Los Santos.
