Saya membutuhkan refund karena:

Ketika saya lagi mancing di tengah laut sendirian tiba tiba ada orang asing yang naik kapal saya dan bilang ingin menumpang jadi saya perbolehkan tapi tak lama kemudian kapal saya bug seperti goyang goyang setelah itu saya terjatuh ke laut jadi saya naik ke kapal agar bisa memancing tapi ketika saya sudah di atas kapal ada api yang muncul dan akhirnya meledak setelah itu saya melaporkan nya kepada admin dan di suruh untuk refund di forum.

Hello @MiftahulFaiz,

 

Saya staff yang akan menghandle Refund Request kamu, ada beberapa hal penting yang akan saya konfirmasikan, yaitu ; 

  • Chatlog kamu kebanyakan, perbaiki lagi dari awal scene sampai akhir scene dan chatlog Jetmax kamu leduknya.

Jika memang sudah tolong mention saya, stop bumping berlebihan itu akan memperlambat proses Refund kamu.
