  Felipe Shevchenko born in Indonesia on 5 August 1989, her mother is Nia Wijaya and her Father is Ricky Sanjaya. Felipe Shevchenko graduate from surabaya negri school in Indonesia at 11 Years Old and Graduate Junior High School at 14 Years old. On senior high Felipe Shevchenko start studying by home schooling, and start study Information Technology. He got Bachelor Degree on 21 Years Old. After graduating Felipe Shevchenko got kicked from house and start live in Los Santos.

  After 3 month on Los Santos, Felipe Shevchenko enjoys playing games with friends. He is Indonesian people who defines himself as straight. Physically, Felipe is in almost good shape. He is tall with tan skin, black hair and blue eyes. He grew up in a difficult environment. He is currently single. His most recent romance was with an IT Engineering called Rachel Tamin, who was the same age as him. But, not for a long time. They broke up because Rachel felt in love with other people. After a heart broke story that Felipe get, Felipe start having a new friends on Los Santos. Not only new friends, Felipe met his old best friend at willow field.

 

  Felipe had a best friend who worked for Best Mafia In Town called Reinhart Asido. They get on well most of the time. He also hangs around with Arturo Miguel (His new friend). They enjoy extreme ironing together. Reinhart says to Felipe that he already left Mafia for 2 months already. Felipe and Reinhart start to having ideas of making new business. They go to the some golf yard and start discuss a serious discussion in there. But after that serious discussion, Felipe never met Reinhart again since then. For about 3 months, Felipe met reinhart on Blueberry Farm, Felipe curious into Reinhart red fingers and ask "Reinhart, what are you doing over here?" and Reinhart says "Sorry Felipe, I can't met you right now, ". Reinhart then get into his car then gone.
