Giancarlos Calvio was born on the 9th of March 1990 in Florence, Italy along with his twin Giancarlo Calvio. They were born in a tragic circumstances which involves in the death of their birth mother; Fredericka Calvio who was the wife of a late-well-known criminal Diego Calvio. Diego Calvio was murdered on his way to the hospital which his wife was currently giving birth. Later after that, both twins were put in an orphanage and were raised there striped off of their family's fortune and legacy and forgotten by the world. 

 

When they were 18 years old, officially free from the orphanage, they decided to move to San Andreas and stumbled in Los Santos after a former of their father's worker informed them about who they are and their family history. They moved there with the money they collected by helping as a trucker throughout the years. They also changed their names into Giancarlos Malzanti and Giancarlo Malzinni, just so that people won't find their last name "Calvio" familiar. In Los Santos they continued on working as a trucker for a few years and also a bus driver. They tried keeping it lowkey while there are other matters that they're planning on. 

 

The twins are eager to continue their father's legacy by establishing it in Los Santos. Hoping to achieve making an empire big enough and find out who murdered their father. For all their entire life, it has been dull and awfully ordinary. They're now taking a larger risk to achieve their dreams and avenge their loved ones so they would have justice. Along the way, they've finally found their trusted company of friends. Yannice Schulz is one of them. Who has the same ambition as them. People slowly knows them as The Malz Twins. But, Giancarlos Malzanti is struggling to keep this dream to a straight route when his twin, Giancarlo Malzinni has other matters to focus on too. They have been fighting about who will be leading this empire of theirs. But Giancarlos is hoping that their bond will be more important than their ambition.
