Eastside Gardena Locos 13 (ESGL13) are part of the Sureños alliances, they are subordinate to the Mexican Mafia (La eMe) for distributions of trafficking drugs and guns. Eastside Gardena Locos 13 was founded originally by Benito Oscar in the late of 2016 at Rancho Community Housing, they are claimed 13 at his last gang name to show their respect to the Mexican Mafia's crew for doing more good contribution. Eastside Gardena Locos 13 is a street gang that was contained by Mexican-American race, this gang was based in the neighborhood that is called Rancho Community Housing. Eastside Gardena Locos 13 was founded originally by Benito Oscar and three of his friends, named Roldan Machias and Rodas Erasmo. However, Rodas Erasmo has just gotten shot in the head and made him die because of the biggest problem ever of Eastside Gardena Locos 13 and their arch enemies, named South Los 13. Benito and Roldan, who do not accept this and cannot let this happen, are going to do some get-back that more than their rivals are doing. At midnight, when Benito and Rodas are doing their action, they both successfully make one of their enemies pass away, and because of this incident, that is where all of Eastside Gardena Locos 13 started. In early 2016, Eastside Gardena Locos 13 had a problem with their biggest enemies, they are named South Los 13. While Benito and his closest friend Roldan Machias were hanging around Rancho Community Housing, their enemies pulled up their neighborhood and pulled the trigger toward Benito and Roldan. Benito and Roldan were still carrying guns and quickly fired against their rivals, not allowing themselves to be shot. Their bodies were lying in the street, at the end of the gangwar, the cops saw their actions. Benito and Roldan tried to escape but were caught. The cops are not taking it easy and arrested Benito and Roldan quickly. In prison, they met members of the Mexican Mafia's crew, known as La eMe. Benito as an original gangster of Eastside Gardena Locos 13 tried to make a connection with them. Benito and Roldan offered to help the Mexican Mafia with his illegal businesses, such as drug trafficking, weapon trafficking, and much more. The Mexican Mafia agreed to Benito's offer, and not too long later, Benito declared that his gang was officially affiliated with the Mexican Mafia and added "13" to their gang name as they represent the Mexican Mafia's affiliations. However, in the middle of 2021, the Eastside Gardena Locos 13 was handled by Mickey Grajeda and another of his closest friends, they are named, Yazian Pareja, and Isaias Casarez. Slowly, Mickey has recruited his friends when he has already finished his school, Yazian and Isaias also recruited someone that is worth to being a part of Eastside Gardena Locos 13. Mickey and his gang had a serious beef with gang that banging under bloods umbrella in the past. Nowadays, the beef still continue and they both always attacking each others. Eastside Gardena Locos 13 (ESGL13) is a Mexican-American street gang that based on real gang under Thirteen Umbrella.
