Almost two years after the fall of the Outbrakerz, the people are starting to be seen again on the streets of Los Santos. They're back as the illegal racing team with the remaining members of the Outbrakerz, with Jake Yamamoto leading them and Jouji as his number two, these car enthusiasts are reuniting the crew again.

In 2023, Tatsuya, Bless, and Cassandra, three friends from Los Santos, founded Sunny Carwash. Tatsuya led the venture, bringing a strong work ethic from his family's business in Japan. Bless contributed his mechanical abilities, while Cassandra contributed her creativity and business knowledge. Despite having split up after university, their shared passion for automobiles brought them back together. Tatsuya's message inspired them to investigate Japan's car culture in 2023. The craftsmanship and sense of community captivated them. This experience strengthened their resolve to bring this spirit back to Los Santos. Sunny Carwash was founded on Tatsuya's vision and Cassandra's suggestion, celebrating their mutual love of cars while serving the community. In the present day, after taking some time in Japan, Jake took over as soon as he got back in town with the help of Jouji Sukihara and the rest of their little crew of the Outbrakerz.
