After that, Arthur Pendelton became even more determined to work even harder. Some months later, Arthur Pendelton learns about auto repairing. After having so much knowledge on engines and machines, Arthur Pendelton feels ready to apply for the position of Mechanic. The next day, Arthur Pendelton visits the repair shop where he had been before to sign up for a mechanic job. After a few days of waiting for the news from the repair shop, Arthur Pendelton gets accepted as a mechanic. He is overjoyed because a mechanic gets four times more than restaurant workers. One year later, Arthur Pendelton successfully pays off a debt of 10 million Dollar to a loan shark. He is currently living alone after his mom died.
