Efrain_Palacio Efrain Palacio was born on February 4, 2007. He is a man who lives in a middle-class area, Glen Park. His father works in a heavy equipment factory. His mother continued to work as a laundry worker to pay for rent and living expenses. Efrain grew tired of being a laundryman and began trying to hang out with a group of teenagers in the area. However, he was quite scared because many people called them a dangerous group. At first, Efrain only watched them from a distance to see if it was true.
