Fiona Francesca was born into a family of modest means her father, Giorna Francesca, had eagerly awaited her arrival after five years of marriage. Although she wasn't particularly fond of the console, she always appreciated her uncle's gift by playing it. At age five, Fiona entered kindergarten, where she displayed a level of thinking far beyond her years demonstrating intellectual maturity two years ahead of the average child her age. Following a recommendation from her kindergarten teacher, she started elementary school at the age of five and a half. Her elementary school years were largely typical: she took the bus to school, studied, and played, though she also endured verbal and physical abuse from classmates due to her age difference. Despite being bullied, she didn't dwell on it and continued her schooling without telling her parents. Her junior high years were similarly uneventful. She would commute to school by car with her Uncle Victor. One day, while leaving school, she was approached by a young man who shared her uncle's name: Victor Bierra. He became her first boyfriend. Fiona experienced her first love during junior high, but the romance did not end well the Bierra family had to move to a distant city, prompting Victor to break up with her. Fiona eventually graduated from high school with average grades the exceptional genius she had shown at age five had faded. Once she was old enough, she moved to the city of Los Santos and applied for a job as a mechanic at the Mechanic Center. While working there, she met a successful man, found love again, and built a new life for herself in the city.
