Franklin Ikupis Once upon a time in Tokyo, Japan, an American model was having a party at some night club in the city and ended up super drunk, a very handsome guy offered her a ride to her apartment, she accepted. Being super drunk, she asked the guy to stay at her apartment for one night and they made love. Months later in Jackson, Mississippi, she gave birth to a boy that later she named the boy Franklin Ikupis. But she never wanted to raise a kid. She took the 4-year-old Ikupis to an airport and just left him, never came back. Ikupis was so innocent that he sat there for almost 20 hours until an airport security came to him and ask if he was lost. Being soft and barely speaking, Ikupis never said anything, the confused security took him to a nearby police station. After almost a day of repeating the public address announcement, the police made a conclusion that Ikupis was an abandoned child. But luckily, a good police officer initiated to take care of Ikupis and took him to his house. Trying to be friendly, the police officer asked his name and he answered. There their friendship began as the police officer seemed to be happy that Ikupis started to talk a little more than before. After learning the truth that Ikupis was abandoned by his mom, the police officer said to him, "well, how about staying with me for a while, kid? what do you think, huh?", but in the end, Ikupis stayed with the police officer for a very long time. The good police officer raised Ikupis, married a flight attendant when Ikupis was 10, they lived as a happy family. After he turned 20, Ikupis took a trip to San Andreas, later decided to move there to live because he had so many good friends there. Ikupis lived in Los Santos, San Andreas for 5 years and continued to live until now.
