One Vandals is a gang located near Los Angeles National Airport. This gang is known for its ability to handle problems. They are called elegant because they know how to handle problems in their own way. They are made up of various races, mostly white, and are also known for their kindness to the local community. They were founded in 1994 by people who had been abandoned by their parents. Some joined out of revenge against the gang that killed their parents. One Vandals easily distributes narcotics and firearms to silence and conceal their activities. The group was founded by Leighton Davonte and Raalf Santoro.
