During the training session, all participants were required to understand various excavation procedures. This was intended to ensure that mining operations at the site could run smoothly. As for the salary, each type of mining had its own pay scale, as the location, level of difficulty, and associated risks varied from one site to another. After completing several stages of training tests, Marco was finally allowed to begin a one-month probation period, during which he observed the workflow of the mining operations. After that, he would begin training on how to operate heavy machinery. Marco remained confident in his intentions and believed that with determination and a willingness to learn, there would always be a way to create an exciting story for the years to come.
