Ilya Radchenko On June 23, 2003, a baby boy named Ilya Radchenko was born in Kolvino, Russia. He was usually called Chenko. He was born an orphan, as his parents had died in a serious accident. Chenko survived the accident and from the age of 5, Chenko lived with his grandmother in the village. He was known as a child who liked to help his grandmother and the people in the village.
