THE BLUEBERRY HOMICIDE OF OMARION MCCRAY LOS SANTOS, SA. The Los Santos branch of the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) has released details regarding the murder of Omarion McCray. A factory worker discovered McCray’s body on a concrete slab at an industrial site in Blueberry County in December. The forensic team confirmed that he had sustained five gunshot wounds. He is believed to have been the killer of a senator in the state of Georgia, Clay Davis, in 2021. The senator held so much evidence and so many documents that could stand against the Black Mafia Family in Georgia, including Atlanta, and Omarion McCray was allegedly sent by the notorious Black Mafia Family to assassinate the senator to cover their tracks. The local law enforcement agency initially treated the incident as a fatal dispute linked to drugs and car theft. The FBI took over the investigation after identifying Omarion McCray as a high-priority federal fugitive linked to the Black Mafia Family. MAPPING THE LOS SANTOS NETWORK Previous intelligence files maintained by the Detroit and Atlanta field offices indicated the two targets had no record of being in the same location or working together in joint operations in the eastern sectors. The Bureau’s first approach was based on the theory that the pair were acting independently. However, the finding of Omarion McCray’s body initiated a huge data-matching process, using local surveillance data, routine traffic checks, and field interviews in Los Santos. The intelligence reports indicated the existence of a well-knit, close-knit communication system. The investigation has revealed operational trails of the notorious criminal enterprise Black Mafia Family within the County of Los Santos and the Greater Los Santos area. Prior to his death, Omarion McCray was seen in the same place with a documented Detroit BMF figure, Jabari Galvino, alongside several unidentified individuals who are suspected of managing BMF’s operation in Los Santos, Kamron Wright, and Cody “Doc” Oates. Omarion McCray & Jabari Galvino's interests were identified during a late-night interaction at a local 7/11. The investigation process noted that BMF previously established promotional billboards around Vinewood to advertise their music brand (based on a SAN interview). However, this billboard marketing presence alone was insufficient to prove the BMF’s existence in the City of Flowers and Sunshine. The Los Santos Field Office has mapped the following structural hierarchy and logistical overlaps: Regional Network: Federal investigators found a direct operational connection between the late Omarion McCray and an interstate agent, Jabari Galvino. Command and Influence: Results of monitoring indicate that Galvino functions with a significant level of independence under the direct control and with the resource support of Cody “Doc” Oates. East-West Bridge: The federal probe into the intelligence operation was widened to the western district, sparking the federal probe into Kamron. Investigators discovered that Rich Money Inc. had a subsidiary, White Wing, that was operationally connected to Doc’s operations in the east, i.e., STR8 HUSTLA RECORDS, establishing a confirmed cross-city distribution network. Support Team Operations & Front Companies: Doc uses this infrastructure to run other tactical teams in the western region. Black Crown runs these cells, and the money funnels back to Doc’s main base of operations in the eastern region, High Roller Distro. Doc owns and controls both of these businesses outright. This case is still under investigation by the FBI, with federal prosecutors seeking charges under the Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organizations (RICO) Act.
