Jurrien Keukenkamp Di sebuah kota di Kerajaan Belanda yang bernama Den Haag, hiduplah seorang laki – laki muda bernama Jurrien Keukenkamp. Jurrien ini lahir dari keluarga bangsawan. Ayah dari Jurrien adalah seorang Marquess of Heusden di Belanda. Ibu dari Jurrien sudah lama meninggal sejak ia masih berusia 7 tahun. Sejak kecil Jurrien adalah anak yang suka foya-foya dengan uang ayahnya. Saat umurnya 17 tahun, ia telah banyak menghabiskan uang ayahnya, maka ayahnya mengirimkannya ke Amerika Serikat untuk merantau dan belajar mandiri. Awalnya ia tidak terima dengan keputusan ayahnya tersebut, tetapi ayahnya bersikeras untuk mengirimkannya ke Amerika Serikat, akhirnya ia pun menerimanya dan mendaftar di Johns Hopkins University di Maryland, Amerika Serikat. Ia mengambil jurusan Teknik Mesin karena ia memang suka dengan hal hal otomotif sedari kecil. Kehidupan Jurrien di Amerika Serikat berjalan dengan lancar, ia mendapatkan part time job di sebuah restoran di dekat apartemennya. Saat ia memasuki semester 3, Jurrien mencoba untuk mempelajari hal–hal yang seharusnya tidak ia pelajari. Ia dan temannya mulai mempelajari bagaimana cara merakit sebuah senjata dan bom, akhirnya mereka berhasil merakit sebuah senjata dan bom dari garasi. Jurrien dan temannya menjual hasil rakitan mereka kepada kelompok–kelompok anarkis yang berada di kota itu. Ia dan temannya berhasil mendapatkan banyak uang selepas menjual hasil rakitan mereka, dan akhirnya Jurrien pun kembali ke kehidupan lamanya sebagai anak yang suka foya–foya. Saat mereka sedang merakit sebuah senjata, mereka didatangi oleh polisi lalu Jurrien dan temannya mencoba kabur, sayangnya temannya tertangkap oleh polisi lalu dibawa ke kantor polisi. Untungnya pada saat itu Jurrien berhasil kabur dan ia memutuskan untuk drop out dari Johns Hopkins University dan pindah ke New York. Di New York, ia menyewa sebuah apartemen kecil untuk tempatnya beristirahat. Ia juga mulai mencari–cari informasi untuk pekerjaan lewat kenalannya, ia disarankan untuk pergi ke kota Los Santos untuk mencari pekerjaan di sana. Tanpa pikir panjang, Jurrien langsung memesan tiket pesawat ke Los Santos dan memutuskan untuk pindah ke sana. Di kota Los Santos, Jurrien tidak mempunyai arah sampai seorang temannya datang. Temannya mengajak Jurrien untuk keliling kota dan mengenalkannya kepada orang–orang yang mungkin berguna bagi dia. Akhirnya ia menemukan sebuah komunitas orang–orang Belanda yang ada di kota Los Santos dan ia pun memulai hidup baru di kota itu. Founded on March 23rd, 2025, the crew was established by Ava Brooks, widely known across the streets as Mrs. Ava.
