Long before Los Santos was home, Francis Marchetti knew well enough that a last name would get him doors open, but it would be what a man does that kept those doors opened. Being raised between the traditions of New York City and Palermo once his family moved to Italy during his youth, Francis Marchetti grew up as a loyal, disciplined, and reputable man. Many years being between two countries finally got him to Bensonhurst, there he met Marcello Fiorentino and became member of The Bensonhurst Boys. As Marcello was known as a patient and calculating man, Francis joined him thanks to his loyalty and temper which didn't stand for anything but respect. He was never a man for long talks and discussions since he believed that some things should be talked out while other issues should be solved without talking. Thus, he complimented Marcello perfectly by the fact that while Marcello created the structure, he made sure that the structure would be respected. Once The Bensonhurst operation became subjected to pressure from the federal government, Francis decided to join Marcello in Los Santos rather than leaving him there.
