Seiji Kuroi, Born on February 13, 1996, at Akihabara. He has a father named Takeshi Kuroi who works as an office employee and his mother named Aoi Kuroi. Her mother doesn't work but she takes care of the household and takes care of Seiji.

 

At the age of 18, Seiji had graduated from high school in Tokyo. After that, he began looking for work but only sought work experience. Seiji is a good child who always follows the words of parents, he always saves money from his work for future interests. This Seiji has never been out of the country. By the time his parents thought that Seiji was independent, his parents agreed that Seiji would be educated in Los Santos and live in an apartment.

 

When Seiji arrived in Los Santos, he tried to find a college place that he thought had high quality. Now Seiji lives in an apartment. For Seiji, experience is the best teacher. Seiji already has many talents because from childhood he has tried everything if he is curious. Now Seiji is looking for work because the provision given by his parents is only enough for one month and may be used up to pay for college and for everyday life.

 

When Seiji searching for work in Los Santos, Seiji sees a shooting club and thinks to join it because Seiji has no shooting experience and doesn't know much about weapons.

 

A few days later, when Seiji went to college. Seiji got friends named Franklin Vilany and Goofy Candy. After a few years later, the day he graduated from college. Seiji called his parents that he had graduated from college in Los Santos and told him that he would stay in Los Santos for work reasons. Just like the college that carry out graduation, shooting club that Seiji join also do graduation for those who really understand and are already adept at shooting, and also know a lot about weapons, Seiji also graduated in the shooting club. Now Seiji stays in Los Santos with his friends to continue work. At the end of the day, Seiji was working longer and more progressively in Los Santos.
