Los Santos Construction starts with the name Shawn Klawd, an architect from Glen Park in Los Angeles, who wanted to make a difference in a place where there was the most potential for everyoneq opportunity. When the dreams began to fall apart in Los Angeles, with all those powerful government figures putting up restrictions and the market already being so crowded, he decided to take one final risk and bet everything on making it to Los Santos, where life moves fast and the focus is on building up the infrastructure.

Shawn Klawd once more ends up with her old friend Pablo Montenegro, and this time, it's for a business reason. This time, the cheerful businessperson also left Los Angeles to begin something fresh. One day, during a coffee break, Pablo Montenegro told Shawn Klawd that they should start a construction company and use their skills right in Los Santos. That made Shawn Klawd realize something important. He saw that he could build structures, but also leave a lasting mark in a city that was always changing and growing.
