Michiko Miyazaki was born on June 6, 2005, on the outskirts of the city of Nobeoka. She was born to young parents, both of whom were teenagers at the time. Since her parents couldn't face the embarrassment and the consequences, they decided to leave her at an orphanage at the age of 6 months. Growing up without parents gave her struggles; she had a hard time making friends and even communicating with others. With the orphange background they rarely care with the kids, they oprate only to make them grow up enough to keep them alive, the main source of income this place make is from trafficking, so with big profit they make they only spent 10% of it to keep them fed and alive.
 

The orphanage she lives in turns out to be a place where humans are sold as workers overseas. When she turned 17, someone had already made a deal with the owner to make Michiko learn English to the point where she can speak fully in English. Now Michiko is 19 years old; she was smuggled overseas to be a worker at a mansion, and her task is to prepare a suit and deliver his meal to the bedroom. Maintaining Michiko's immigrant passport every 6 months is a very tiring process, and her master knows it; even with a big profile in the government, he can't just grant anyone U.S. citizenship without raising suspicion. So he came up with a solution to forcibly marry her to someone who is a native U.S citizen, and his solution was to marry Michiko to his nephew, whose background is just a normal small businessman; that's enough to keep her out of the public eye and without raising suspicion.
 

The turning point of her life is when her master is suspected of corruption and conspiracy; knowing her master is a big figure and he works in the state government, this is enough for the F.B.I to raise an eyebrow. Since he has a dark secret of trafficking humans into the state, he decides to just confess to the conspiracy and get a lighter sentence than trafficking. With her master behind bars, other workers decide to move on and leave the job. One of the workers knows Michiko's story of being trafficked into the state, and right now she has no plan to go anywhere, not even go back to her mainland, so he decides to bring her with him. All of this running-away scheme comes with a problem: her fake husband is making an effort to keep her with him, fearing what she might say that makes his uncle stay longer behind bars. Since his uncle is behind bars, he doesn't really have the power to keep her with him, nor can he help with the corrupt police, so she figures she can just run away with one of the workers to Los Santos.
