Pallaton Wahchinksapa, also known as “Horn,” is a young man who was expelled from Fort Benton High School due to various incidents he had caused. He looked for a job and was eventually hired as a warehouse worker at Ocean Docks; he was very happy about this and immediately got to work.

He had a senior colleague named “Meyer” who was unhappy with Horn because of business issues. Meyer felt that Horn was disrupting the business he had built around Ocean Docks. Initially, Horn distributed various drugs that induced feelings of euphoria, relaxation, and increased strength; he gave free samples to employees at Ocean Docks. Because the prices were so low, many switched from Meyer to Horn—and that was why Meyer was unhappy with Horn.

One day, Meyer and his friend approached Horn with the intention of intimidating him into stopping his distribution in Meyer’s territory. However, Horn, being stubborn, continued to distribute his goods because his salary as a warehouse guard at Ocean Docks was so meager.



Three months had passed. That day, Horn wanted to head to work as usual. He first went to the area where he stored the goods he was going to distribute at Ocean Docks to load them into the trunk of his car. Upon arriving at Ocean Docks, Horn went about his business, but after finishing his shift and as he was about to head home, he was startled to find Meyer and a large group of his friends waiting for him outside the warehouse. Meyer was seen holding a firearm, and many of Meyer’s friends were also armed with knives and other weapons. Without hesitation, Meyer ruthlessly shot Horn in the leg with a 9mm bullet to make him fall, and then Meyer’s friends finished him off by stabbing and shooting him indiscriminately. Afterward, his body was wrapped up and put into a car to be dumped in the middle of nowhere.
