Hipster Vivian is an officer in Los Santos. She is currently investigating a group called the OGP. Her colleague had previously informed her about a member of the group. She was given the person's phone number and name, Omar. A few days later, she contacted Omar and asked to meet at Simsy Cafe. Initially, Omar refused, but after being coerced and bribed, he agreed to meet Hipster. After arriving at the restaurant, they chatted briefly. Initially, Omar didn't seem to trust Hipster, but he persisted, telling Omar that this was a major project and that he was willing to pay a large sum of money if he revealed any information useful to Hipster and the police. Omar explained that this job would be very risky, but Hipster tempted Omar by saying he would protect him as long as he spoke. Omar then said he would consider Hipster's offer later.

After leaving the restaurant, they left, and Hipster waited for news from Omar, who never returned. Ultimately, Hipster, feeling that this job was too demanding and high-risk, resigned from SAPD and wanted to live a quiet life. However, when he wanted to live a quiet life, Omar contacted Hipster to meet because he had changed his mind and wanted to provide some information about OGP. Initially, Hipster was indifferent, but he thought that perhaps this information would ease the burden on his other colleagues, since he was resigning and leaving a heavy burden for his colleagues. They made an appointment under the Sewer.

Once there, they chatted a bit and dealt with their plans that had been discussed the other day. Omar admitted to having gathered a lot of information about OGP, but tensions began to rise between Omar and Hipster. When Omar said that you can't mess with him, the tense atmosphere suddenly changed when Omar took a gun from his pocket and immediately shot Hipster in the head. Hipster, who didn't expect and wasn't prepared for the tragic situation, ended up lying on the ground, bleeding profusely. And finally, Hipster died at Omar's hands. After the incident, Omar immediately rode off on his motorcycle, leaving Hipster's body scattered and covered in blood.
