The story begins one afternoon when a hardworking woman named Eun Sohee commonly known as Sohee received a call from her boss assigning her to deliver goods out of town by truck. Strictly speaking, this task was not part of her regular duties however, as she was new to the job, she did not feel she could refuse and instead accepted the assignment willingly. Sohee is a South Korean woman living alone in Los Santos having resided there since childhood, she remained in the city to build her life after her parents decided to let their only child stay behind. She lives in a small house on the outskirts of Fort Carson, residing there by herself since the rest of her family is back in South Korea.

That evening, Sohee was cooking dinner in the kitchen when her phone rang on the table. It was a call from her mentor at the company, Taylor, who wanted to assign her an out of town delivery using a truck that had already been prepared. This wasn't a task Sohee would normally handle the driver originally assigned to the job had been hospitalized before completing it. However, Sohee had to take on the assignment, partly because she was still new to the company. After dinner, she went straight to her room to rest, knowing she had a long journey ahead of her the next morning.

Sohee woke up at 5:00 AM and immediately got ready. Before setting off, she made sure to check her truck inspecting everything from brake fluid and engine condition to the first aid kit. Once everything was in order, she headed out but stopped at a restaurant to buy breakfast and coffee. During the long, exhausting drive, the weather turned overcast Sohee felt a sense of foreboding but tried to stay calm, shake off the feeling, and continue toward her destination. Not far from her destination, she noticed a red car following her. She arrived at 3:00 AM the factory was dark and the air bitterly cold. Sohee decided to unload her cargo right then and there, eager to finish up and head home without wasting time, as she had plenty of other work waiting for her. Shortly after, the red car that had been tailing her ambushed her a person armed with a gun stepped out and immediately pointed the weapon at her. Sohee was shocked to realize she was being robbed. The robber approached her, weapon still aimed at her, and snatched her wallet and phone. Just then, two trucks drove past, distracting the robber. Sohee seized the moment to try and escape, but the robber chased her down and fired at her. She fell to the ground after being shot in the leg and tried to crawl forward for help, but it was too late. Several people had witnessed the incident after hearing the loud gunshot the robber, panicked and agitated after shooting someone and realizing there were witnesses fired three more shots at Sohee, killing her instantly.
