Osman Maloof was born and raised at Fort Carson by his loving parents. His father worked as a material builder transporter driving truck, and his mother took in sewing from neighbors to help make ends meet. Ever since he could remember money was tight, and he understood that every dollar had to be earned. After school he would often help his father clean his truck, lift equipment for him to use, or drive around town delivering clothes his mother sewed. Life was far from luxurious, but his parents always taught him to live honest, do what you say you will and to respect others no matter what situation you were facing.

When Osman turned eighteen his life took a turn for the worse. His father was injured on the job one day while driving a load to Las Venturas. His dad injured his back so badly that he was unable to do his job the way he used to. Income was very limited after this and Osman quit school so he could help provide for the house. He worked odd jobs lifting boxes, washing cars, and sometimes helping the local mechanic with odd jobs in his shop. He didn't make much money but it paid for what he needed. There were many people Osman met through working. Some of them would preach about doing illegal work for money but he would turn them down. He never wanted to let his family down and he remembered what his parents have always taught him.

Years of living the same life grew old. Opportunities in Fort Carson were starting to fade. Saving up what he could Osman decided to venture out to Los Santos and search for better work. At first things were rough. He had no family around or friends. Everything was new to him and he had to learn quick. Even though life threw many challenges his way Osman continued to live honest and responsible. He believed that with time, hard work, and persistence to learn new things he'd make a better life for himself one day and not have to live to make his parents proud.
