Born as a Kotsoteka from North Dakota on December 25th, 2004, Luther is a natural "fighter" that always looks for his friend, but actually not that tough. Circa 2020s, he's known for being a bully for the Asians, Hispanic, White-boy, or the Negroes. The cause? He's hate those 'colonializm' people, especially Asians. As simply as because they're stealing money from Lukas (Luther's father) taxi company. Since that day on, Luther are living on the street, and Kotsoteka's family should trying to stay together even they have no enough money.

Someday on 2026, Luther are kicked out from Rocket Stealers. So, he's unemployed and of course, he need help. He's calls anyone he can call; his girlfriend, Shawn, his manager, anyone. But not until he meets Double-J; Jay Jiang, his victim back on senior high school. After 6 years, they've meet on a restaurant near the place that Rocket Stealers' meeting. For the first time, Jay are looking far more better than Luther, as he's someone that are kind-of-broke for now. Jay is a CEO of a records label, something that Luther always want to build. But with a surprise meeting with Jay, Luther are decide to asking Jay for help.

Jay is looking back at Luther, eyes from his hair to his toe. Jay didn't answer right away. Luther then asking Jay to helping him, but Jay just kept himself away; he doesn't want any trouble. But since Luther are keep begging and begging, Jay, a person that was sitting across the table with a broken-down car, a dying phone battery, and a voice that clearly needed help, now are looking down at Luther. Jay are give Luther a job: carrying a car to somewhere on the Bone County. Somehow, what Luther didn't know, that car is followed by Jay that want to do a revenge since the high school. When the car is lose it control because Luther hitting an obstacle, Jay park his car, then come out and hits Luther's head with his gun, then blasts away.
