     Wesley Cuervo is a 23-year-old man who has lived in Los Santos his entire life, he was born in Los Santos, he has a mixed race between Mexican and American, he was born in 26 May 2003. Heis a former soldier, or as most people call him, a veteran, he earned the street name "Crow" during his military service. Born and raised in Los Santos, he knows better than anyone that surviving in the city is never easy. At the age of 21, Wesley enlisted in the military because of his poverty. His parents had died when he was very young, leaving him alone to struggle through life. With no family to support him and no opportunities waiting for him, the military became his only way out. After serving his country for two years and fighting in multiple battles, Wesley returned to Los Santos. Despite risking his life for the government, he was abandoned once his service ended. The small house he grew up in had been seized and sold, leaving him homeless with nowhere to go. Like many veterans, Wesley developed Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD). His trauma occasionally causes violent emotional breakdowns before he is able to calm himself and regain control.

     With no home, no job, and no financial support, Wesley was forced to survive however he could. He no longer cared where his food came from whether it was from trash bins, leftovers, discarded food on the sidewalk, or even canned dog food. Hunger left him with no pride. His two years in the military had made him highly skilled with firearms. Using scraps and discarded weapon parts he scavenged from dumpsters, he began assembling crude homemade guns. His knowledge of weapons became one of the few valuable skills he still possessed. Eventually, desperation pushed Wesley across the line. He no longer cared where his money came from. Despite struggling with PTSD, he began robbing convenience stores, stealing whatever he needed, and mugging civilians with the homemade firearms he built himself. Before long, he entered the illegal drug trade, purchasing fentanyl from underground suppliers and reselling it at a profit.

     As his income grew, Wesley upgraded from homemade weapons to illegally purchased firearms supplied by local gangs. Glock 17 pistols, pump-action shotguns, and other weapons became tools for robberies, intimidation, or profitable black-market sales. This is only the beginning of Wesley Cuervo's story. As time passes, he descends even deeper into Los Santos' criminal underworld, becoming increasingly ruthless, more dangerous, and eventually entangled in the city's violent gang conflicts.
