Daniel Piccola, commonly known as Picco, was born in the 1990s in New York. The Piccola family was, by all accounts, modest. From a young age, Picco was a smart, cool, and stylish kid. Because he came from a modest background, he was forced to work just to support his lifestyle. He worked at various restaurants, car washes, and even as a ball boy at NBA games. Since childhood, he consistently ranked among the top three students in his class thanks to his above-average intelligence. When he turned 18, he began thinking seriously about his future. Thanks to his excellent grades, he was accepted into New York University (NYU), where he pursued a degree in chemistry. Even though he had made it into his dream university, Picco still spent much of his time hanging out, partying, and attending drug-fueled parties. However, he was not a user himself and merely observed others. During college, he started an assignment-doing service to earn extra spending money. Because he had a large social circle and many students struggled with difficult coursework, the business quickly became successful. Over time, Picco became increasingly interested in entrepreneurship and constantly searched for opportunities to make money. Despite his active social life, he managed to graduate summa cum laude from NYU.
 

After graduation, Picco had little interest in finding a traditional job and preferred to pursue his own business ventures. Six months later, tragedy struck when his parents died in a chain-reaction accident on the highway. Their deaths left him devastated and feeling completely hopeless. After the funeral, he spent more time with friends and eventually tried marijuana when it was offered to him. What began as occasional use gradually developed into a mild addiction. Living alone, Picco considered growing marijuana at home, but his friend Chetti strongly advised against it and warned him about the risks. While continuing to search for a profitable opportunity, Picco attended a party where many of his friends were using cocaine. Although he did not participate, the environment inspired him to consider entering the illegal drug trade. He shared the idea with Chetti, who was initially reluctant but eventually became interested after hearing about the potential profits.
 

As time passed, Picco and Chetti became involved in the production and distribution of illegal drugs, earning large amounts of money in a short period. Their operation expanded rapidly, but success brought unwanted attention. A local gang accused Picco of taking over territory where they had previously sold drugs and began threatening him. After lengthy negotiations, the gang became interested in the product he was supplying, and Picco eventually became one of their primary suppliers. For nearly six months, the business continued to grow until law enforcement finally caught up with them. During a police raid on a meth lab connected to their operation, Picco and Chetti were arrested by the New York police. Picco's house, which had been used as part of the operation, was seized, and all of the money earned through the illegal business was confiscated. After serving his sentence and being released, Picco planned to move in with his aunt in Los Santos, hoping to rebuild his life and determine what path he would take next.
