Juan Corputty Posted June 12 Posted June 12 Joo Juwoon Joo Juwoon was born on November 20th 2001, in Seoul, South Korea. He grew up in a modest neighborhood where life was never particularly easy, but it was still manageable. As a teenager, Juwoon was known as a quiet and such an observant person. He was not the type to stand out in a crowd or cause trouble, but he always carried a strong desire to improve his life. Like many young people around him, he dreamed of achieving financial stability and making something of himself. However reality was never often harsher than his expectations. After finishing school, he worked different jobs and tried various ways to earn money, but nothing seemed to work out the way he hoped. As the years passed, the financial problems began to pile up. Bad decisions, failed opportunities, and growing debts slowly pushed him into a corner. By the time he reached his early twenties, he found himself trapped in a situation where every day felt like a struggle. Looking for a fresh start, Juwoon made the difficult decision to leave everything behind and move to Los Santos. He arrived with little more than determination and the hope that a new environment could give him a second chance on his pitiful life. At first time he arrived, the city felt exciting and full of opportunities. The bright lights, crowded streets, and endless movement made him believe he could finally build the future he wanted. But after a few months, reality set in again just like the previous one. Life in Los Santos was not much easier than life in Seoul. He struggled to find direction and often felt as though he was making no progress at all. On one evening while walking home, he met another Korean named Cheon Jiwoon. What seemed like a random encounter quickly became one of the most important moments of his life. Jiwoon understood the city in ways Juwoon did not, and he soon became both a friend and a mentor. Through countless conversations, Jiwoon showed him that surviving in Los Santos required a completely different mindset from the one he had carried from South Korea. As their friendship grew, Jiwoon introduced Juwoon to opportunities outside the normal path. He taught him that success in Los Santos was often achieved through intelligence, connections, and even by taking risks that most people would avoid. What began as a small side hustle eventually developed into something much bigger. The deeper Juwoon became involved, the more difficult it was to leave behind. Yet he never saw himself as a victim of any circumstance. He remembered the years he spent struggling in Seoul, constantly worrying about money and feeling powerless. And instead of fearing the risks ahead, he embraced them as part of his new life. The experience hardened him and changed the way he viewed the world.
