Southgate Community Housing is a complex predominantly occupied by Mexican-American descendants, located on Brouge Avenue, Davis. Currently, most of the residents within Southgate Community Housing are members of Forming Kaos 13, several of whom are wayward teenagers working under the gang as street-level dealers. In late 2023, the complex was raided by the feds after being used as a stash house for narcotics such as methamphetamine. Furthermore, Southgate Community Housing's position along Brouge Avenue places it in close proximity to a number of other districts and rival gangs across South Los Santos, making the complex a notorious danger hotspot due to the ongoing wave of gang warfare throughout the area.
