He came to Los Santos wanting to find new challenges in the city of Los Santos with some of his friends who also came from Japan. He was a member of a motorcycle club from Japan who moved to the city of Los Santos, when he arrived in Los Santos he and his motorcycle club immediately rode around the city. And in the middle of the trip he was stopped by one of the gangsters in Los Santos, he and his friends were shocked because they felt they had not done anything bad. It turned out that the gangster in the area asked for regional money, because they passed through his area. But Retsuya and his friends did not want to give the money, and an argument ensued, after arguing for 10 minutes they finally agreed to hold a UFC for the winner to get money and for the loser to not get any money. Finally, the one representing the Japanese Motorcycle Club, namely Retsuya, he fought one of the gangster members in the area. After a power struggle of almost 15 minutes, Retsuya and his Motorcycle Club finally won, without the Gangster knowing that the area broke his agreement, the Gangster ran away so as not to give money to Retsuya and his Motorcycle Club, Retsuya and his friends were very angry. Finally Retsuya and his Motorcycle Club friends promised to catch one by one the members of the regional gangster, The next day he and his friends agreed to look for one of the members of the regional gangster. After searching for 1 hour he finally found 3 members of the gangster, Without delay the gangster member was immediately pointed at by gun and put into a car and taken to a remote area, namely the headquarters of his Motorcycle Club. The Gangster member was tortured and robbed of his money by Retsuya and his Motorcycle Club, after being tortured the gangster member was allowed to escape so that the member would provide information to the other members. The next day the Gangster of the region came to take revenge on the Motorcycle Club, Finally a shootout occurred and was won by Retsuya and his Motorcycle Club.
