He was born in the one of the hospital in San Francisco. He was born as the only son of the Betancourt family. His father named him with name Vicente Betancourt. Vicente’s father, Mattias Betancourt work as a police officer in San Francisco. Vicente’s mother, Jessica Reynolds is a teacher in a kindergarten in San Francisco. Vicente was raised by his parents with great love. Vicente's childhood was full of love given by his parents. After several years later when Vicente 5 years old, his father had an incident that caused him to lose his life while carrying out his duties. Vicente's father got a bullet penetrated his head when confronting the triads. Since that incident, Vicente’s mother lose her mind and be crazy. Therefore, Vicente’s mother must be treated in one of the asylum in San Francisco. Since that, Vicente was raised by his grandmother in small village in the nevada desert. When Vicente 17 years old, His grandmother passed away because heart disease. Vicente live alone after him lost grandmother. Vicente, who lives alone, decide to leave Nevada and want to find a new place. Vicente leave Nevada and go to Los Santos. When him arrived in Los Santos airport, He lost his wallet. He had nothing left, that was the only thing him brought from his village. It made him a homeless person in Los Santos for a few days. After a few days be homeless in Los Santos, someone came to him and offer help to him. Same as him, that person also come from Nevada. That person bring Vicente to where him live. He live in one of the workshop in Los Santos. After several days, Vicente decide to leave that place. Quote Pastikan format penulisan Justify yaitu rata kanan-kiri menggunakan tombol pada toolbar di atas. Isi bagian ini dengan nama UCP dan tag account forum kamu.
