Sienna is a beautiful child and has a good heart from a simple family, in the morning where Sienna was playing in a place in the village with a very cold atmosphere that made the heart calm, Sienna's parents had a cow shed, which was quite good for her. At that time, Sienna had just reached the age of 16 because she had just been born yesterday with a very simple event because her family did not want to waste too much money, it was better to save it for Sienna's future, Sienna once told her beloved mother that when she grew up she wanted to be a doctor so that if her parents were sick, Sienna could treat them, her mother's face looked sad when she listened to her daughter tell the story until she was moved to hear how big her daughter's dreams were, she shed tears. Time has passed now Sienna who was once a beautiful little girl has grown into a very graceful and beautiful adult woman, today is Sienna's graduation day at school majoring in nursing. Sienna is really happy to be able to graduate and whether in the future she will continue to the next level or not, Sienna's days always help her mother take care of the farm owned by her father, which is a fairly large cattle farm. After a long discussion between her parents about the continuation of her education, Sienna received good news from her parents that Sienna will continue her education to the best university according to Sienna's dream that she is interested in. Today is where Sienna first studied at the best and most famous university in America, namely Johns Hopkins University, where Sienna's heart is so happy that she doesn't realize she shed tears because she is very happy to be able to study at a university that she wants. Currently, Sienna's days are always busy with her studies sometimes there is very little time to help her mother take care of her father's farm. The day has passed where today is Sienna's graduation day but she got the news that her father had a single accident while riding a motorbike, how devastated Sienna's heart was when her father left her forever. Now Sienna lives alone with her mother, taking care of the farm her father left her. Long story short, 1 year has passed since Sienna's father passed away, now she is working as a doctor at a hospital called NYU Medical Center in New York. Where Sienna is always busy with her work so she doesn't have time to visit her mother who is left alone, immediately Sienna remembers the figure of her mother who is now far from her. One day Sienna visited her mother and gave a surprise that Sienna will marry someone who loves her equally named Justin Alexander who is also a doctor at the same hospital. How happy her mother was because the girl she used to always carry has grown up and can make her dreams come true, without hesitation Sienna's mother approved of their relationship, because maybe her mother is getting old it's time for Sienna to get someone who can take care of her until the end of her life separates them. Time has passed now Sienna has become Justin's wife very happily, one day Sienna asked her husband to ask to live together with her mother because no one takes care of her and Justin agreed and now they live three and plus Sienna is pregnant with her first child and they live happily ever after.
