Raul Velazquez was born to a mother named Vienna Santacruz, who was a widow at the time because her husband had died while serving as a police officer in the Juarez area of Mexico. Raul Velazquez's father was named Santino Perez. In that incident, Santino Perez left Vienna Alonzo, who was pregnant with Raul Velazquez at the time, in the early stages of her pregnancy. Shortly after, a shooting occurred, leaving Raul Velazquez and his mother to witness the incident clearly, which ultimately led him to as witnessed. With his skills and preparation, he eventually became part of the police force, which was his dream job after growing up in a drug-filled environment. Raul Velazquez rose through the ranks to become an officer in the narcotics division. Day after day passed as Raul Velazquez worked as the police officer he had always wanted to be, dedicating himself to his country as a law enforcement officer.
