Luis has made a meeting with someone at Bayside Marina. Luis is a well-known gun dealer there at Bayside Marina; everyone at Bayside Marina knows him. The person there ordered several handguns from Luis that need to be delivered on May 25; he crafts the handguns carefully until it's feasible to use with some of his mates. He loads the bullet into the magazine and packs it into a box, as Luis didn't know someone was watching all of his activity all along.

In the late evening, Luis is casually chilling in front of the gas station with the box of handguns on his trunk. He looks at his watch, and he almost forgot the time of delivery. He then hops into his car and drives to Bayside Marina; on the way there, a car suddenly blocks his path. He curses at the car and hops off from his car. All of a sudden, the Maskman inside the car suddenly gets out from the car while bringing a shotgun with him. Luis's mistake is that he doesn't bring any backup to deliver the weapons. The Maskman points the shotgun at him, telling him to give the Maskman the weapons Luis brought. Luis won't let that slide; he gets in his car and then drives away from the Maskman.

As the Luis car drives by, the Maskman shoots right at the Luis car wheel, making him lose control and crash into a tree. Because he is in a rush, he doesn't use his seatbelt, and his body almost flies from the car. Luis's head hits the steering wheel very hard; he is almost unconscious. After Luis's car crashes into a tree, he then approaches Luis, who looks weak and helpless. The Maskman then shoots Luis several times until he is dead; the Maskman then steals the box and loads it into his car. The Maskman then leaves the scene quickly before someone witnesses the things he does. Luis didn't know that the person who kills him is someone who had a grudge on him and now wanted to take revenge.
