  1. Bōsōzoku (暴走族, literally "violent running tribe" or "reckless driving group") is a Japanese youth subculture associated with customized motorcycles and cars. Emerging in the 1950s, this subculture represents a rebellion against rigid societal norms, characterized by loud, modified vehicles, distinctive uniforms, and a, at times, dangerous, anti-establishment attitude. 『 Prologue 』 Yozakura (夜桜) refers to the Japanese tradition of viewing cherry blossoms at night. Translating to "night sakura" or "night cherry blossom," this practice involves visiting illuminated cherry blossom trees, often in parks or gardens, to experience a magical, romantic, and ethereal atmosphere distinct from daytime hanami. Members of the Bōsōzoku often wear long coats called Tokkō-Fuku (特攻服). These coats usually have large kanji slogans embroidered on the back, sleeves, or chest. The kanji are meant to show loyalty, bravery, rebellion, and group pride. During the 1970s and 1980s in Japan, when the streets of cities like Tokyo and Yokohama grew quiet after midnight, the sudden roar of motorcycle engines would break the silence. They rode through the highways in tight formations. Their motorcycles often modified with loud exhausts, tall seats, and oversized fairings were designed to be seen and heard from far away. These riders were known as the Bōsōzoku, a youth biker subculture that valued loyalty to the group, fearlessness, and rebellion against strict social expectations. Riding together under the glow of streetlights, they turned the empty roads into a stage for their identity, where the sound of engines and the flash of customized bikes became symbols of freedom, pride, and brotherhood. 『 Yozakura Bōsōzoku First Day 』 Yozakura Bōsōzoku. is a group of japanese young people who was an motorcycle enthusiast and they're entering world of Bosozoku. The association was originally from Sato Nakamura who just invited his brother Banno Nakamura to hanging out around Marina Complex. They really like motorbikes so they travel together using motorbikes. Apart from Sato Nakamura , there also his friends who likes Bosozoku so he definitely likes motorbikes, his name was Sou Jinnosuke. The three of them walked on their respective motorbikes. Apart from Sato Nakamura, Banno and Sou , there is also Michiko Hideyoshi, Shinro Yoshigisha who is a friend of Sato Nakamura and Sou Jinnosuke. They always go around together. One day, they want to make Marina Complex their place to hang out. They will also create a motorbikes wokrshop on there. They have thought this through carefully before. They started taking the property and making it like a garage. The garage is for modifying, servicing and other things for motorbikes. Especially the Bosozoku style motorbike from Japan. Usually they have modifications such as characterized by custom paint jobs, bended handlebars, and most notably, the long ass rear seat that became the signature of the Bosozoku bike. While the extended back seat served little practical purpose, it served as a means to showcase and impress fellow people. As some people put it, "it looks cool when swirling on the street.”. 『 Chapter I : Hajimari 』 One day, Shinro Yoshigisha have a feelings with another girls he found at the clubs, Her names is Evelyn. Shinro who just hit his puberty start make a move to her and he's trying to pull. Day by day, Shinro already getting close to his girls and they make a date often. Shinro and Evelyn going to the bar together and they get crashed with another motorcycle gang right there. They trying to pull Evelyn with hard moves and that's really made Shinro high his emotional. They made a fight inside the bar and Shinro win the fight 1v1 with them. But that's not ride smoothly, Shinro getting ganged up with them and bring Evelyn to their sides. Next day, Shinro finally got up with bruise on his bodies in the middle of the roads. He's opened his phones and trying to call his friend Sato Nakamura with panicked emotion because Evelyn was dissapeared. Shinro realize there's massage from his enemy, inside the massage there was a video were Evelyn get raped with them. Shinro who never going into like this, he being mentally down and finally Sato catch him. They talked about Evelyn right now but Sato mad with Shinro because he didn't make a move a little bit. After that, Sato Nakamura gather all the crew's member for help Shinro problems. They start the first ride together to Evelyn places for rescued her. Yozakura Bozosoku finally spawn on their enemies who kidnapped Evelyn. Without a second, Yozakura jumps in and fight them without mercy. While in the fight, Shinro run inside and trying find Evelyn. Shinro found Evelyn died inside there without used clothes, Shinro started to get angry for the first time. He's looked at the gun near him and take it into inside his jacket. Shinro who feels like he hasn't anything left, he goes crazy with his guns and that's made Sato shocked because his crew never into like this. they successed with the problem but that's only made Shinro different not like before. After the tragedy, Sato Nakamura know what's going on after this to his crews. He gather all of his crew and talk about what happen after this. He make a circle with the Top Dogs what they gonna do to this crews. The answer was airs up, Yozakura Bosozoku gonna deep into gang's criminalities on Los Santos. He throws the information to the members and let them out if they can't down with the new Yozakura who becomes gang's criminalities. Along with that, Tokkō-Fuku was born for Yozakura reputation, a robe with Yozakura names on that. After that, Sato and Banno rides to Shinro's house and meet him, talk about Shinro are going back to the crews or not. Shinro who feels he didn't have anything left, he down with it. With the new personalities, Shinro become sharp with anyone who trying stops the way, same like Yozakura's vision. Yozakura upgraded his arms for guard their sides from his enemies with going into black market. Modifying motorbikes, riding motorbikes, causing riots at night, are their hobbies. Moreover, the exhaust is noisy which likes to be shown off at night. Usually at night they will go around town using very noisy motorbikes. The activities of naughty young people, such as brawls, teasing, bullying, are very often done by them to get their satisfaction. Because it is something that makes them happy and it is their hobby. 『 Chapter II : Kizukiageru 』 Wave on the air start breezing on the hoods, static without sound. Yozakura Bosozoku, a groups with a normal kids start changed become a threat of Los Santos. Organize of criminalties start give attention to Yozakura, because spread the news about give a disturbance to local resident. First, Yozakura got a problem with CPB, a group of younging from another school. Those problem just give satisfied to Yozakura, Banno and Sato who have connection with another motorcycle’s gang from Glenpark start talked about this. Everyone knows those groups of redskin got a much problem to another gangster and everyone hate their appreance, Glenpark’s boyz one of them. Those groups from Glenpark start peers to Yozakura for the scenes. They would give a connection to Yozakura about gun’s supplies. Sato, who hold Yozakura, take the words and made a move with them. Another problem, Irish people got attention to Yozakura and that’s made them start their move to play with it. On the evening, air just fly around the hoods, without steps those Irish kidnapped Edamitsu Jinzaburo. They think that’s was just a problem with a small groups but without a second, Yozakura starts made a step and blasted them all without mercy. Besides that, Sakura Ramen start to airs up, a cart with a big bowl ramen on that. Michiko Hideyoshi, who run the business, start this with trained the member of Yozakura to become a waiter. Bakuso Garage 爆走, first garage who have Yozakura shadows besides that, already open on the street. Sato and Banno already talked it for who becomes a mechanic and that was Sou Jinnosuke as the leaders. Sou recruit Edamitsu Jinzaburo as a mechanic who runs Bakuso Garage. Little steps but Yozakura already settle up this time, they have a connection with a big names on that and they have a business who already run their cashflow. Yozakura just not a groups with a kids, this was become a organize who have a big mission for take the road of Los Santos. So, That’s Yozakura rides from their first day until join the scene the criminalities of Los Santos. All of it, just for bring Yozakura to the top Organize of Criminalities on Los Santos. That’s move made Yozakura not just a small things, that’s really big threat to the city. Yozakura hopes they can take attention from another big Japanese Organize Criminal Group, Yakuza. 『 Chapter III : Ryū no Kaeriketsu (龍の帰結) 』 The city never sleeps. Los Santos kept moving beneath the glow of neon signs and the sound of engines racing through the streets. Months had passed since Yozakura Bōsōzoku established its name across the city. Bakusō Garage was growing, Sakura Ramen had become a familiar sight in the neighborhoods, and Yozakura's influence continued spreading among the younger generation. However, one thing was missing. Sato Nakamura. After leaving Los Santos and returning to Japan for personal matters, nobody knew exactly what happened to him there. Rumors spread among the crew. Some said he disappeared into Osaka's underground world. Others believed he was working with powerful figures connected to organized crime. One rainy evening, several motorcycles gathered outside Bakusō Garage. Banno Nakamura, Sou Jinnosuke, Michiko Hideyoshi, Shinro Yoshigisha, and the rest of Yozakura stood silently as a black luxury sedan slowly stopped in front of the garage. The rear door opened. A familiar figure stepped out. Sato Nakamura. But something was different. The young biker who once rode through Marina Complex with nothing but dreams and a motorcycle was gone. His black suit was immaculate. A dragon tattoo could be seen slightly emerging from beneath his collar. and far more experienced than before Banno was the first to speak. Sato looked at his younger brother before giving a small smile. Later that night, the senior members gathered inside Bakusō Garage. Sato explained everything. After returning to Japan, he became involved with one of the Yakuza families operating in Yokohama. At first he was merely a courier, running errands and proving his loyalty. But over time, his courage, leadership, and willingness to sacrifice for his people earned him respect. Eventually, he was formally inducted into the organization. Sato Nakamura had become a Yakuza. The room remained silent. Even Shinro, who had become ruthless after Evelyn's death, was surprised. "We're not kids anymore," Sato said calmly. "Yozakura was born from motorcycles. But if we want to survive in Los Santos, we need more than bikes and fists." He placed several folders on the table. Inside were contacts. Gun suppliers. Smugglers. Money laundering operations. Protection businesses. And most importantly... Japanese connections. To the Yakuza had begun paying attention to Los Santos. For the first time, Yozakura was no longer viewed as a group of reckless bikers. They had become a potential ally. Or a potential asset. Over the following weeks, Yozakura underwent dramatic changes. Members received stricter discipline. Unauthorized violence was punished. Every operation required approval from the leadership. Bakusō Garage expanded its activities beyond motorcycle modifications. New shipments began arriving through the docks. Money flowed faster than ever. Motorcycle engines began roaring outside the garage One after another. The sound echoed throughout the night. Yozakura Bōsōzoku was no longer searching for recognition. 3. The Rollin 100s Crips (R100) also known as the Rich Rollin 100s Crips and commonly spelled Rollin “Hunnit” Crips consist of several individual African-American sub-sets of the Crips primarily on the South Side of Los Santos. Originally, the gang had originated in the 80s with following of dire poverty, neglect and racial tension. The members often wear NY Yankees to show their significance to the gang. The Rollin 100s Crips have their origins in a region long neglected by city planner which has become congested with derelict housing and narrow but unpaved streets. The Rollin 100s Crips formed as a clique of the Underground Blocc Crips with the following of Budlong Gangster Crips after it began to occupy other neighborhoods, forcing other gangs to choose sides in the clique holding. The Rollin 100s originated as an alliance between Crip gangs stretching from 102nd Street to 120th Street. Most gangs under the original Rollin 100s are part of the Neighborhood Crips (Deuce 2X) card and are allies of most Rollin 0’s Crips. The Rollin 100s Crips have several cliques, the Trenches who are active around 103th to 105th. 106th to 108th is called the Gates but the gang members prefer to call it the eights (V8B/Veight), refers to 108th street or most often called 8 Block. Most people with tattoo's around the courts, gang member or not, they have most likely gotten their tattoo's done by someone from the eights. The police department estimates the Rollin 100 gangs had active members to be between 1,000 and 3,000 making the largest black gang in the entire Los Santos area. The Rollin 100s were very closely tied to the NHC car after the Underground Blocc Crips and the Budlong Gangster Crips decided to form alliances which the Rollin 90's, Rollin 60's, Rollin 50's, Rollin 40's and Rollin 30's. They cliqued very closely allowing the Infants to dorm with and run NHC in the jails and prisons. This still stands to present day. Cars used to get shot at driving on the Trenches, many of these reckless shootings resulted in many gang bangers of the rollin 100s lost their live. Area names within Rollin 100s territory have deeper meaning. “The Gates” was coined due to their territories being the border of South Willowfield which bordered them from Cults OMG and Bunnies Park Boys 13 gang. Due to Rollin 100s size and reputation, they were a force not to reckon with. - Hood War They had ran all of the potential blood out of their domain. The Hunnit carried out shootings against bloods for both them and their allies. They were accompanied by Bounty Hunter Bloods until a brawl cracked off in the 80s at Crenshaw High School, over a female by the name of Jeneice Bolden, which resulted in a local new member of the Bounty Hunter Bloods pulling a firearm and firing multiple times at the Rollin 100s member who were currently winning the fight. After the shooting, multiple Hunnit members went back to find out who the gunner was and demanded Bounty Hunter Bloods handed him over. They were told that they didn't know who the gunner was and immediately felt they were lying and harboring him, a rumble immediately started, after various of blows were exchanged, following the punches were gunshots. After the shoot out, where multiple Bounty Hunter Bloods were striked down and a R100s injured, It was all out war and it was still continued until the new generational of the Rollin 100s. - Modern Day Politics The Rollin 100s Crips in modern times are organized under a much more structured system than in previous generations. Older members are often referred to as “Original Members” or OGs and they help maintain influence over younger members by guiding the activities of various cliques, resolving internal conflicts and upholding long-established traditions. The current face of the group are the “youngins” the younger or newer generation. The Youngins and the older members are very different, the older members lived through the peak of street conflict and many young members grew up in a time when reputation, social influence and survival skills were the most important things. The internal dynamics of the Rollin 100s Crips are loyalty, reputation and respect. Contemporary leadership is less about endless inter-gang warfare, more about guarding turf, holding cliques together and keeping the lid on. Also, senior members act as a go-between for younger members to prevent internal problems and avoid surprises. You need good relationships inside and the ability to adapt to changing times and environments to be a long-lasting group. They are also influenced by their external relationships . Alliances and conflicts between street gang members are no longer based solely on past disputes, but also influenced by current interactions between individuals or environmental factors . The younger generation is important for the survival of the Rollin 100s Crips. They try to find a balance between the traditions of the past and trying to evolve with the street culture.
  4. Sylvester Shevchenko The hospital room smelled like antiseptic and expensive roses when Sylvester Shevchenko came screaming into the world on March 12, 1999, his tiny fists already clenched like he was ready to fight for his place in the Shevchenko dynasty. His father, Mikhail, was on a business call to Tokyo before the umbilical cord was cut, while his mother, Natalia, adjusted her diamond earrings and asked the nurse to take less flattering Polaroids. They lived in a penthouse overlooking Central Park where the housekeeper: Marta. Was the one who taught Sylvester how to tie his shoes because his parents were at a gala the night he figured it out. His older brother Veyvester got a vintage Rolex for his tenth birthday, Sylvester got a firm handshake and a reminder that Shevchenko men didn’t cry, not even when he broke his wrist falling off the private school’s marble staircase. Everything changed the summer he turned seventeen, when he found his mother’s hidden notebook filled with sketches of faces that weren’t his father’s, and a Paris hotel keycard dated two days before his parents’ anniversary. “You’re just like him,” she hissed when he confronted her, the Chanel lipstick smudged across her teeth making her smile look bloody, “always digging where you don’t belong. ” That night, Sylvester walked thirty blocks to his cousin Anya’s walk-up in Brooklyn, where he slept on a couch that smelled like cat pee and listened to her girlfriend Lena rant about capitalist pigs until sunrise. That was just how it went. He didn’t touch the trust fund money, not even when his Jordans got stolen at the YMCA locker room or when he had to choose between a MetroCard and lunch for three days straight. By twenty-two, he’d turned the back room of a Queens bodega into a recording studio, teaching himself to produce beats on secondhand equipment while his old prep school friends posted yacht pics from Monaco. There was a girl named Rosa who brought him empanadas every Thursday and laughed when his keyboard short-circuited during a storm, her gold hoop earrings catching the neon light from the street outside. The first time he played Madison Square Garden, his father sent a text that just said “sound mix needs work,” but Veyvester showed up backstage with a bottle of cheap vodka and they got so drunk they missed the afterparty. These days, when the panic attacks come, he still catches himself reaching for the silk pajamas he used to wear in the penthouse, even though he sleeps in a ratty NYU sweatshirt now, the cuffs frayed from too many washes. And one day Sylvester tried his luck in the city of Los Santos to achieve a new life. 5. Ethan_Wolf Ethan Wolf grew up in San Fierro, surrounded by his family. His dad was a mechanic and his mom worked as a nurse at a hospital nearby. They didn't have a lot, but they taught Ethan the value of hard work and being responsible. As a kid, Ethan looked up to police officers - he thought it was amazing how they put their lives on the line to keep others safe. He wanted to be just like them when he grew up, wearing the same uniform and making a difference in his community. Ethan's childhood experiences shaped his dreams and ambitions, and he knew that he wanted to pursue a career in law enforcement. He was drawn to the idea of serving and protecting others, and he felt a sense of pride and purpose in wanting to follow in the footsteps of the officers he admired. As Ethan got older, things started to get tougher. After he finished school, he found it really hard to get a good job in San Fierro. He worked a few part-time jobs to help himself and his family, but he knew he wanted something better. He felt like staying in his hometown would hold him back from doing what he really wanted to do. Ethan thought that if he stayed, he wouldn't be able to achieve his goals, so he started to think about what else he could do. He wanted a job that would mean something, something that would make him happy and give him a sense of purpose. But for now, he was stuck working part time jobs just to get by. Ethan was just twenty-two when he made a decision that would change his life forever. He packed up his stuff and headed to Los Santos, hoping to find a better future. But starting over in a new city wasn't easy - he didn't have any family waiting for him, and his savings would only cover a small apartment and basic expenses for a little while. To get by, Ethan took on any honest job he could find. He worked in a warehouse, delivered packages, and even did physical labor for local businesses. It was tough work, but he never complained because he believed that every experience, no matter how tough, would make him a stronger person. He was determined to make a new life for himself, and he was willing to do whatever it took to succeed. As he navigated his new city, Ethan began to realize that every struggle was an opportunity to learn and grow, and he was excited to see what the future held. Living in Los Santos opened Ethan's eyes to both the opportunities and the problems within the city. He witnessed crimes, traffic accidents, and disputes that affected ordinary people. On several occasions, he saw officers from the San Andreas Police Department respond quickly and professionally to dangerous situations. Their dedication reminded him of the dream he had carried since childhood. Ethan's past experiences had a big impact on him, and he decided to get ready for a career in law enforcement. So, he started working on his physical fitness and learned how to stay calm when things got tough. He also made sure to build a good reputation in the community, because he knew that being a police officer wasn't just about being strong - it was about being honest, disciplined, and earning the trust of the people he would serve. Ethan wanted to be a good cop, and he was willing to put in the effort to make that happen. He understood that it wouldn't be easy, but he was motivated to make a difference. Ethan is still living a normal life in Los Santos, working hard to make a better life for himself. He really wants to join the San Andreas Police Department one day. For Ethan, being a police officer isn't about being in charge or getting attention it's about helping people, keeping them safe, and showing that if you work hard and don't give up, you can make your dreams come true. He wants to wear the SAPD uniform with pride, not just because of what it represents, but because of what it means to him: serving his community and making a difference. Ethan is determined to make this happen, no matter what obstacles he might face. 7. Ameer_Johnson Ameer Rakeem Johnson is the kind of person you’d likely stumble upon in any African-American neighborhood in Los Santos. He’s fun, colloquial, culturally articulate, and highly sociable. He loves to wear Air Force 1 shoes and vintage sports apparel, making him quite a noticeable person among today’s fashion maniacs. Ameer was born to muslim parents. His father owned a corner store in the neighborhood, and his mother helped her husband with anything she could. They made money, but it wasn’t much. He surely wasn’t born with a silverspoon in his mouth. Well, both died already, so his siblings took care of him for the time being. Later on, the store was passed to his older sister. Gang influence had played a major role in his life. Ameer was once a member of a notorious street gang called the Rollin’ 60s Neighborhood Crips, and being a school drop out didn’t stop him from being an earner. He sold drugs to stoners since he was a 14 year old. On account of his massive sales, he got initiated by the gang a year later. He was well known since then. Even the law enfocement officers knew him really well. He honed his skills in music producing and made music for some neighborhood rappers, even though it wasn’t that proper. The gang life he’d been living was all sunshine and rainbows. Ameer was found guilty of killing a rival gang member and sentenced to 15 years in prison. His life turned upside down, but he only did 7 years due to his good behaviour, and of course, he was being released on parole. He worked at a bakery, pizza parlor, and sports store. None of them could pay him as well. He met Kamar Ross, a former rival gang member turned friend, who has been working for a mob captain in downtown Los Santos. Kamar runs a security services business that is obviously owned by the Black Mafia Family. Upon their meeting, Ameer asked Kamar to work together and make good money. Both in the security services and drug distribution. And the rest, will be history. 8. The Wolves Tribe is a Motorcycle Club founded in the 1950s by a World War II First Sergeant veteran named William Grimes. According to that time, the war was a major catalyst for the rise of motorcycle culture in the United States. The resulting military surplus made bikes affordable, and returning veterans sought an adventurous escape from the boredom of their post-war civilian lives. In 1946, a year after the end of World War II, a veteran named William Grimes returns to America. After fighting in Europe as a first sergeant, Grimes, like the other survivors, returns home with deep physical and mental scars. He has lost many friends on the battlefield, and the peaceful post-war world feels alien and empty to him. Two years later, William felt that civilian life didn't provide the satisfaction he sought. William felt alienated and unable to adapt to the daily routine. In his search for an escape from the emptiness, he found an old, abandoned military motorcycle, he started working on the motorcycle so that it could function properly. With it, he began spending time on the road, enjoying the freedom he found with every mile he traveled. He then had a plan in his head to form a motorcycle club. Continue reading the backstory... The Death of William Grimes and The First Successor William Grimes, the founder and president of The Wolves Tribe MC finally died on October 15, 1996, at the age of 86. There was a huge convoy by The Wolves Tribe MC led by his son, Jack, who held the rank of Road Captain of the club at the time. On William's tombstone it was written "The Great Leader", also contains his rank, branch of service, date of birth, date of death, and all the medals he received. Sadness could be seen on the faces of the Wolves, not a few of whom shed tears without crying. William was buried alongside the other deceased first wolves, according to his wishes. Like the rules of a wolf pack in the wild, not long after William's death, his leadership as a President of the club was replaced by the strongest son, Jack William Grimes, and his younger brother, James William Grimes as a Vice President, based on the rules made since the beginning of the club's formation, as well as the unanimous decision of all members including the 6 remaining members of the First Wolves who were very old at that time. illustration: a massive relocation of the club from Los Santos city to the Senora Desert A few days later Jacky decided to change the club name to The Wolves MC for some unknown reasons, and added several rules but didn't change the old rules and the main purpose of the club's formation, which was to become a sanctuary for Lone Wolves who deserved it. However, Jacky also has his own agenda to change the direction of the club's path to the future that he hopes will benefit all members and the citizens, so he held a Church and the decision was made to move their main clubhouse somewhere in Senora Desert. Jack planning to run several businesses that can provide decent income for the club members. He sold the clubhouse and his father's motorcycle dealership in Los Santos to realize his agenda of having several businesses somewhere in the town of Senora Desert. The elders, all remaining members of the First Wolves and his son, Jaxon Grimes, don't like the fact that his father sold his grandfather legacy's and changed the name of the club, but he doesn't want to say anything considering his father is a very stubborn person, the elders however, they knew what was coming. After a few years in the desert town, one by one his plans came true, starting from managing legit businesses such as security services, cargo, truck & boat rentals, and legal escort services. While the club's legit business continued to run smoothly, they also ran money laundering services on a medium to large scale with the help of all the legal businesses they ran. Jack is someone who was really good at making money, he had a strong mind and vision because he lived a healthy and disciplined lifestyle, away from drugs, almost like his father. The difference between the two of them is that Jack was more ambitious than his father, William Grimes. For decades there have never been any serious violations or arrests of The Wolves MC members, except for the usual violations and arrests such as bar fights that they often caused, ticketing for traffic violations, reckless driving, or road rage that sometimes results in public assaults. At that time, The Wolves MC members were increasing but not all of its members came from veteran backgrounds like when the club was led by their father, William Grimes. Most of the current members were once lone wolves who decided to join because they were hungry for adventure, adrenaline, parties and the free life of an MC, only a small number of them have a criminal background, but they have some special skills that most people don't have and are very useful for the club. The members of the First Wolves felt no problem with all of Jacky' business decisions except for the fact that The Wolves started to running an illegal business, namely money laundering services, even though the business is one of the club's biggest income at the moment. They run money laundering for illegal businessmen ranging from drugs dealers, weapons dealers, and so on through the help of legal businesses of they run. The remaining members of the First Wolves advised Jack to stop running the illegal business before it's too late, but at that time Jacky said respectfully that this was a new era, not the 19s anymore, so The Wolves MC had to follow the trend of the era at that time, where there were many opportunities to make money because of the increasing number of illegal businessmen at that time. He also said that although recorded crime data has decreased in America since the 19s, it doesn't mean that in reality the crime rate has decreased in the field, people have only become much smarter in managing their crimes so that they're not suspected and getting caught, and then recorded in the country's criminal records. He said respectfully that "In this era of the world there are three types of people: the Sheeps, the Wolves, and the Sheepdogs. The Sheep who go about their business, the Wolf who feeds on the Sheep, and the Sheepdog who protects the herd." One of the oldest members of the remaining First Wolves said "I hope you know what you're doing, son" with a face full of doubt. They didn't feel disrespected or unheard, but they didn't talk or give advice about it anymore because they realize that their time is running out and their words were no longer relevant to the generation in the 20s. Like the norm of a wolf pack in the wild, Jack William Grimes respected the elders of the club very much, he also spent a lot of money to continue to taking care and pay all of their expenses, including all the expensive medical bills. However, because of Jack's cleverness in making money, it wasn't a problem for him, or for the club. Jacky felt too comfortable with the club businesses that was untouched by law enforcement for years because of the expertise of several members of The Wolves MC who were very useful in the business, he thought that the club's income from the cargo delivery business could be increased so he finally held a Church to discuss the offer from a Mafia in the city and the plan to use their cargo services to help run their illegal goods delivery, and instead of using the money laundering service just for other people, he plans to use it aswell for the illegal businesses the club will eventually run. The decision wasn't unanimous, but most members agreed with the plan. After several years, At this point, all members of the First Wolves have already dead. And the smuggling they run is still running smoothly, because The Wolves MC continues to run a cargo business to cover up the deliveries of illegal wine, tobacco and cigarettes, with a very good smuggling methods, neat systems and trusted connections. Until The club had the trust of The Mafia and received an offer to be involved in drug smuggling and arms trafficking aswell. At first, Jack was still hesitant to accept the offer, but the Mafia said that they would give him time to think about it. A few months later, Jack eventually thought that it was his best chance to expand the club’s criminal empire and he don't wanna missed it, he also thought that they had also already gained a lot of experience in smuggling anyway. So then he decided to hold another Church to discuss the offer, most of the old timer agreed because of their greed, and most of the young members agreed because of their thirst for new adventures and adrenaline created from doing illegal things, and they were optimistic that the legal cargo business they provide has been proven to run long enough to not be detected by the authorities if it's used to send illegal goods. After all the preparations, a few weeks later The Wolves MC finally made their first drug shipment of cocaine after reaching an agreement with the Mafia regarding the delivery schedule, costs, and the price of weapons that could be very profitable for the club. Jacky still didn't want the club to enter a very dark area even though it was getting darker, so he negotiated a shipping schedule to only ship once every few months, but on a large scale. He thought that way the risk would be much lower than shipping frequently but on a small scale. The Mafia agreed. Jaxon, Jack's son Jack Williams Grimes had a wife named Vanessa, they had a daughter named Emily, and a son named Jaxon William Grimes, the name William was passed down to his son in honor of his late father, William Grimes, president of the club, the First Wolves and founder of The Wolves Tribe MC. About Emily Grimes... Jaxon Grimes is a very clever and wise man. Jaxon is calm and collected most of the time but is easily angered and can be ruthless when he have to, he has no remorse in killing. He is part of The Wolves MC that led by his father, although he has his own plans in his head. Jaxon leads a small amount of young pack that's part of The Wolves MC, but as youngsters, they still use the Harley-Offroad(hybrid) version more often, Jaxon's pack consists of young wolves who are reckless offroad bike enthusiasts, they assemble their own offroad bike using the frame of an old Harley motorcycle, in addition, the exhaust system and some elements are also still based on the old Harley. They're very proud of their own assembled offroad bike, and they often held a racing events on the Redwood Lights Track with their own assembled hybrid bike. Indeed, all members of The Wolves MC are required to have a pure Harley type motorcycle(non-hybrid) as their main vehicle, but the club doesn't prohibit its members from owning and riding other types of vehicles for certain conditions, as long as they still follow the club's rules. Even though Jaxon was busy with the youth group, he continued to be by his father and older brother's side to learn many things about running an MC, and learning the legal and illegal business of clubs. Jaxon also learned a lot from the elders of the club, members of the First Wolves, listening to many stories and advice from them. Because it's undeniable that after decades the First Wolves managed to maintain The Wolves Tribe MC in their own way, which is quite different from his father's way at that time, but Jaxon remains open-minded and learns from both sides. He realized that there were some major differences in how they ran an MC, between his late grandfather William Grimes, and his father Jack William Grimes. Jaxon plans to become a dispersal wolf, leaving his pack and hometown to start his own pack someday. He continues to learn and plan for the charter he will form in the club's original home, Los Santos, while saving the money he earns from the club's business to make his plans a reality. Dispersal is defined as the permanent movement of a wolf from one pack territory to a new territory - usually to find a mate and form a new pack, or to join an existing pack. Individuals who disperse often leave their wolf pack and/or hometown, which is where they were born. Dispersal is considered dangerous, but it is also a brave choice - reserved for truly independent individuals. Being a lone wolf does have its risks. Lone wolves are usually at higher risk of death because they roam unfamiliar terrain, where they often travel and enter the territory of other individuals' packs, where they are at higher risk of being killed. However, Jaxon Grimes has always been by his father's side and the brotherhood since he was young, allowing him to learn how to survive in the outside world from his parents and the brotherhood. As part of the pack, Jaxon learned how to make money(both legally and illegally), avoid danger, and defend himself. Even though Los Santos is his hometown, he suspect that he still has to adapt as an adult in todays Los Santos, because he was only been there during his childhood and teenage years, and a lot can change after so many years. After so many years with the club in the Senora Desert, Jaxon Grimes finally decided to go alone on his motorcycle to find his own path, back to the city where his childhood was, Los Santos, San Andreas. There he started as a mechanic, one of the skills he got from the MC back in the desert, he began to know some people from his job. In the city, he met people from various backgrounds, and as he suspected, the way things work in Los Santos is different from where he came from and from what he knows before, so he realized that he had to adapt for some time before finally forming a charter of The Wolves MC in Los Santos. After a few years he finally started to adapt and understand more about the people and the city itself, as he started to find some like-minded people and formed a temporary crew which he named the Wolves Crew. Meanwhile in The Desert . . . A few years later, The smuggling business was still running smoothly, thanks to a neat system and trusted connections. Jack finally used the profits from it to buy a medium-sized bar with a basement that he used to open an illegal gambling den. The Wolves MC also become known as one of the most feared 1%er clubs in Blaine County, they thrived through ruthless dominance, engaging in everything from money laundering, illegal gambling, drug smuggling to gun trafficking. Under Jack leadership, The Wolves MC ruled their desert territory with an iron fist. They had carved out a reputation as a fierce and formidable gang. The Wolves MC continued to run their illegal business for years until several members were also involved in murder and kidnapping, which eventually led to a thorough investigation of the entire club. During the investigation, Jack William Grimes, who knew he was being followed, decided to stop doing business with the Mafia for a while, and buried most of the weapons supplied by the Mafia. However, because the investigation had apparently been going on longer than they had expected, it finally paid off. A total of 16 of The Wolves Motorcycle Club members was arrested as part of murder, kidnapping, robbery and assault probe. Those arrested not included 6 other people who work for The Wolves MC and part of the Illegal businesses. Law enforcement officers seized 26 firearms, an unspecified number of rounds of ammunition and Explosives, illegal wine, cigarette & tobacco, and gang regalia. The arrests, which took place Saturday morning, were the result of a joint investigation by the ATF, the sheriff's office and the San Andreas Highway Patrol. Allegations leading to the arrests include racketeering, robbery, unlawful arrest, assault with a firearm, participation in a criminal street gang, making criminal threats, murders, false imprisonment, intimidating a witness or victim and abuse, and criminal conspiracy. One of the 16 suspects, Jack William Grimes, 57, is the president of The Wolves MC. The others who were arrested were the vice president of the club, who was also Jack William Grimes' brother, or Jaxon Grimes' uncle, Thomas William Grimes, 54. Both the president of the Wolves MC, Jack Wiliam Grimes, aka “Jacky,” 57, and the vice president, Thomas William Grimes, aka Tommy, 54, was found guilty on October. 26, 2024, of conspiring to engage in racketeering activities and conspiring to commit violence in aid of racketeering. To date, 18 individuals have been charged as a result of a long-term investigation into criminal activities of The Wolves MC. Most of them have either pled guilty or were convicted at trial. From that day, the U.S. Justice Department designates The Wolves MC, as an outlaw motorcycle gang and criminal enterprise. However, The Mafia is not linked to any of the allegations and arrests, untouched, because none of the club's members snitches. The question loomed: "Who would lead The Wolves MC in his absence?" Jacky was forced to step down. The club was left on the brink of chaos, leaderless and vulnerable without their notorious president. The next day, a club officer who isn't involved in the illegal business calls Jaxon who is in Los Santos at the time, and gives him the bad news. Jaxon Grimes was shocked to hear the news, and immediately returned to the desert accompanied by several of his friends who were also part of the temporary crew he created in Los Santos, Wolves Crew. Upon arrival there, with several remaining members of The Wolves MC, he held an emergency meeting and discussed everything that had happened and what to do next. Like the rules of the wolf pack in the wild, and based on the rules made since the beginning of the club's formation, Jaxon Grimes knew he had to step in, because there were no more descendants of William Grimes who were able to lead the pack, this was also based on the unanimous vote and decision of all members even though it really doesn't matter. Despite being surrounded by violence and chaos from a motorcycle club for most of his life, Jaxon still holds on to his own views, without hating or directly questioning his father's decisions. But unlike his father, Jaxon saw that the desert town no longer the place for the club to thrive. Jaxon knew that if The Wolves were to survive, they had to adapt. The Senora Desert is shrinking and drying up—economically and in terms of opportunity. Jaxon knew that this was the right time to tell his father about the changes he wanted to make to the club, and if the wolves wanted to survive, they couldn't use the old ways of his father, which had proven to be unsustainable. He also knew that without his father's ways, the wolves wouldn't be able to survive in the Desert. So he visited his father and uncle in prison. "Dad, out here, we’re just surviving. But In Los Santos, we can rule," Jaxon explained to his father, Jaxon also told his father that he planned to change the name of the club back to its original name when it was led by his grandfather, The Wolves Tribe. He reminded his father that the word Wolves Tribe created by his late grandfather has a very deep meaning and has been ingrained both metaphorically and even literally in the tattoos that every member must have for 3 generations. Despite his hardened nature, Jacky recognized the truth in his son’s words, because he had been in his son's exact position. Jack realized that the world had changed, and so too must the The Wolves MC. Giving his blessing, Jack looked into Jaxon's eyes with a sharp, dark gaze as he said, "Do what you have to do, Wolves. But remember—never forget who we are. We're not businessmen. We’re Wolves." The message was clear: adapt, but never lose sight of their ruthless identity. The following day, Jaxon announced that the club's name would return to its original name, The Wolves Tribe MC, and all members would be expected to wear the old regalia immediately. He emphasized that this decision would be effective immediately — it didn't require a vote and could not be contested. The First Church as The 1%er Wolves Tribe MC With his father’s approval, Jaxon Grimes gathered the club’s officers and key members to hold his first church as a President. There Jaxon explains that the clubhouse must return to its original location when it was led by Jaxon's grandfather, William Grimes. He reminds all the remaining members that "Los Santos is where it all started, and that's where we should be, not in this dry, underpopulated desert." he lit a cigarette, then continued his words "Only with my father's way The Wolves can survive in the desert, but that way has been proven not to be the best way to survive for us in the long run." after smoking his cigarette he continued "In Los Santos, we can.. not only survive, but we can also be stronger and grow bigger than before", doubts can be heard from his members including Walter who said "Los Santos? It's been a long time since we stepped foot in that place, I heard there's tension between gangs there, it's like we're going to our graves voluntarily" — "That's right, Walter" said Jaxon with a smile, he poured Jack Daniels into a glass on the table while saying "Now is the perfect time for us to sneak into Los Santos, the players there will not expect our arrival because they're too busy with their respective territories" After he finished pouring the Jack Daniels, he lifted his glass, slowly brought it to his lips while saying "And from what I saw in Los Santos, the area around our old clubhouse is untouched because the place is quiet and pretty far from the stores, no money to be make in that area" Jaxon took a sip of Jack Daniels from his glass after that. Little by little The Wolves' doubts began to disappear, Jaxon also explained about his business plan that had long been nesting in his mind while in Los Santos. With the first nod from Walter, the other wolves also nodded indicating their agreement to move to Los Santos. Jaxon is very aware of all the potential that exists in Los Santos, with the blessing of his father and uncle and the support of all the wolves, his ambition for the club is getting bigger. The Wolves Tribe would ride back to Los Santos, ready to reclaim their legacy Under Jaxon's leadership, they began planning a massive relocation the next day. They hired a trucker to bring all the club's memorabilia to Los Santos, after all the preparations, they left the desert heading to Los Santos riding their respective motorcycle. They went to Los Santos not only because of the huge money-making opportunities there, but because they wanted to reclaim what was rightfully theirs. Upon arrival, they noticed that the original clubhouse of The Wolves Tribe from the days of William Grimes was abandoned and had a “for sale” sign on it, so Jaxon decided to buy the place back with his own hard-earned money, since the clubhouse in the desert had not yet been sold. With each of them putting in a great deal of hard work and determination for the club, together they transformed the place into what it once was, the club’s personal workshop and clubhouse that would serve as the heart of their operations in Los Santos. Jaxon’s vision and ambition spread to his members and those around him. Soon after, Jaxon began recruiting skilled mechanics and artists to join The Wolves Tribe, ensuring their reputation was built on a foundation of unique, quality craftsmanship and new innovation. The walls of the building were painted in the club’s colours by a street artist he recruited, adorned with trophies and memorabilia that reflected their proud history. Jaxon Grimes didn't change the goals and old rules of the club's formation. However, he changed some things as well, and added new rules that he had thought about for a long time. These new rules were made for the benefit of the club and all its members. Among them are: Club Levels and their meanings simplified OOC information:
  9. PROLOGUE Ashes of the Old Creed Liberty City was a cathedral built on blood and silence—until its pillars cracked. The sacred bloodlines that once ruled from the shadows turned on each other in a silent war of betrayal. At its center stood Leandro Tenebris Delvecchi, the Black Bishop, struck down not by rivals, but by his own kin. His final supper ended in gunfire. But he did not die—he disappeared. Fleeing eastward with only his most devout—a pair of Inquisitors, a battle-worn Consigliere, and two silent Flagellants—Leandro resurfaced in Los Santos. Beneath a crumbling trattoria in Vespucci Canals, he built not a new family, but a new faith: La Crociata Nera. No longer a mafia, but a creed. Yet even faith must evolve. And so, in silence, the Black Bishop prepared to pass his doctrine to one who could walk where he could no longer tread. Chapter I – The Silence of the Black Bishop The canals of Vespucci had grown heavier with each passing night—not because of sirens, but because of silence. Leandro Tenebris Delvecchi, the man once called Il Vescovo Nero, had receded from view. His footsteps no longer echoed through the wine cellar altar beneath the trattoria. The world around him moved faster now—too fast for hands grown used to ritual, too loud for ears attuned to confession. He had not lost control, but he had outlived the language of control. He spent his final weeks not in prayer, but in contemplation. He understood the paradox most patriarchs deny—that preservation requires release. Los Santos was not Liberty. Here, myth and blood meant nothing unless they could bend. Leandro had built a system of ritual, pain, and secrecy. But it needed new voice, new blood. Not one drawn from legacy—but one built in the crucible of chaos. He opened the Book of Names one last time and left it open on the table. Two of his most trusted Caporegime—Basil “Bullet” Bonfiglio, sharp-eyed and measured, and Vaughn “Tasma” Marcano, volatile but loyal—were summoned into the chapel. He gave them no sermon. Only a name and an address: Quentin Malik Lazzarro. “Find him,” he said. “He doesn’t carry our name, but he understands our silence.” The two did not ask why. They simply obeyed. They understood that a new bishop was being chosen—not by blood, but by doctrine. They found Quentin in East Los Santos, where gospel was currency and fear was architecture. He spoke to the lost, the damned, and the disillusioned. He didn’t wear robes or carry scripture—he spoke plainly and with weight. When the Capos arrived, he didn’t question the moment. “It’s time,” he whispered. And that night, in the candle-lit hollow beneath the trattoria, Leandro passed him the Book. “This is not a religion,” he said. “It’s order.” And with that, the Black Bishop became myth—and the Order prepared to evolve. The Judgment of the Street Quentin Lazzarro did not inherit the Ordo. He interpreted it. He didn’t recite the prayers of Delvecchi—he rewrote them into a doctrine that could be spoken in alleyways, not sanctuaries. The trattoria above stayed as it was: a mask. But below, the machinery began to hum. Gone were the candles in rows and the Latin muttered under breath. Instead, the space became a vault: of secrets, names, and whispered strategies. La Crociata Nera no longer demanded faith. It demanded function. He moved with precision, not noise. He didn’t rush to declare turf, or call attention to his new title. Instead, he told Basil and Tasma to embed. To listen, not threaten. To offer before taking. The Ordo would not rise by fire—it would rise by favor. A small favor repaid. A missed payment forgiven. A debt erased in exchange for silence. They didn’t take the city. They became part of it, quietly sliding into the fractures no one else noticed. In the first month, there was no blood spilled. But there were names added to the ledger. Men who worked in chop shops. Women who knew which politicians cheated on which corners. Young runners who moved between neighborhoods without being seen. These weren’t soldiers yet. They were witnesses—recipients of a whisper, a glance, a warning that came true. Quentin baptized them not with fire, but with structure. By the third month, a pattern had formed. A spray-painted sigil behind a liquor store. A gambling den that suddenly stopped having police trouble. A lowlife who vanished, and a replacement who never spoke a word out of line. The city didn’t see a rise. It saw a shift. A presence. Something ancient that had changed its clothes. La Crociata Nera wasn’t demanding allegiance. It was inviting submission. And in the dark, Los Santos had begun to listen. OOC Section
  10. Brotherhood 101 is a group of Youngster who loves dirt bike culture however, for starters, they are all two different cliques. They are the school sports jocks clique, and on the other clique are the Skaters clique. these two groups are at odds with each other and hold a lot of personal grudges that lead to bullying and harassment. some of them are student from High School, near the Davis area. In a forgotten corner of the city, somewhere along Davis Street, life keeps movin’. The streets are always alive cars rumblin’, sirens wailin’, and the occasional shots ringin’ out like it’s just another part of the soundtrack. It’s never truly quiet ‘round here. But behind all the noise, there’s a crew not well known, not loud about what they do, but steady. A gang slowly buildin’ a name for themselves: Brotherhood 101. They ain’t your typical street gang. Five individuals, brought together not just by purpose, but by somethin’ deeper blood, pasts, and stories that most wouldn’t understand. They wear purple. Not for fashion, but ‘cause it stands for strength, loyalty, and presence somethin’ you can’t ignore in a place like Davis. At the centre of it all is Ericson Terrel, or ET as most call him. A sharp-minded leader with a firm stance respected without even needin’ to say much. Beside him is Albert Alexander, his right hand. Might not be the smartest, but when fists are flyin’ or blades are drawn, he’s already there no questions asked. Then there’s Emiliano Quesada, the young tech and chem head. Knows how to build, fix, and cook things most people wouldn’t even dare touch. He’s the one holdin’ the ground down. Isaac Abigail the cheerful one with curly hair and a grin. But don’t let that fool ya. In the field, he’s brutal. No hesitation. If things go sideways, he finishes itcold and clean. And lastly, Tyven Vexley, the youngest. Smooth talker, fearless, and sharp as they come. Got a mouth that can light a fire under any rival gang. These five form the backbone of Brotherhood 101 a name not loud in the streets yet,but echoin’ louder by the day. Behind the purple they wear, there’s more than just colour. There’s real brotherhood the kind that’s earned, not claimed. The night Brotherhood 101 was born. It was cold, real cold. Ericson Terrel took a deep breath, the weight of the day still clingin’ to him, but he knew this wasn’t the time to rest. Behind Albert Alexander’s house in Davis, he gathered the crew. Ericson’s eyes scanned them, sharp and serious. “We’ve planned this well, yeah? Now it’s time we start building our name.” Tyven Vexley, leanin’ on the wall, rolled up his sleeves, a half-smirk on his face. “If the plan works, we’ll run the whole supply line in Davis.” Albert, who’d been smoking quietly, felt a chill run through him. He didn’t say much, but the weight of it all started to sink in. Emiliano Quesada sat on the steps, flipping a small knife in his hand. “We gotta stay alert. Other gangs won’t just sit quiet. There’ll be heat, no doubt.” The rest of them nodded in silence. Ericson stepped forward again. “We knew the risks from the start. No second thoughts. This is for Brotherhood 101.” Isaac Abigail took a swig of his beer. “For Brotherhood 101.” The others echoed loud and clear, “Brotherhood 101 till death.” That night, they mapped it all out. Every move calculated, every risk accounted for. They knew this was the moment. Either Brotherhood 101 would rise, or it’d get swallowed by the streets before anyone even knew their name Drug Dealing that night at Davis hood, Ericson Terrel link up with his crew. He done called everybody out because he tryna pitch a new business they gonna run. He looked around at the folks in the hood, eyes land on Keon Lethabo. Then he tell Keon Lethabo he gonna be the one handling that whole drug making part and cooking. After that, Ericson Terrel point at Tyven Vexley and Leon Fabron, then saying they the ones gonna push that stuff ‘round the city spots. He make sure to warn ‘em too watch out for the other gang turf, don’t to getting a beef or some fight. Ain’t stop there neither he tell Isaac Abigail and Emiliano Quesada to move that product through they schools, make sure it clean and quiet. Before he end up the meeting, Ericson Terrel pass out some samples, and they end the night partying, getting high off they own drug.
