The Los Santos County Sheriff's Department (LSSD), officially the County of Los Santos Sheriff's Department, is a law enforcement agency serving Los Santos County, San Andreas. LSSD is the largest sheriff's department in the United States and the third largest local police agency in the United States, following the New York Police Department, and the Chicago Police Department. These deputies frequently work undercover, and with the valuable information received from citizen informants are often successful in identifying individual gang members and bringing them to jail on criminal charges. Operation Safe Streets Bureau (OSS) is responsible for providing suppression, intelligence and expert investigation against criminal street gangs. Special Enforcement Bureau (SEB), the Special Enforcement Bureau responds to critical incidents and complex problems that often involve high risk apprehensions, high risk warrant services, fugitive apprehensions, hostage rescues, active shooters, dignitary protection, barricaded subjects, hazardous devices, maritime operations, counter terrorism details, off-road enforcement or any special assignment at the request of the Sheriff. Personnel assigned to the bureau receive advanced level training and certification in the specialized duty. Nama pelapor: Fenwick_Lancaster Nama pelanggar: Keylon_Pierce Peraturan yang dilanggar: Cheater (Aimbot) Apa yang terjadi: Saya selaku pemilik karakter Fenwick Lancaster mewakili teman-teman saya, memiliki kecurigaan terhadap player tersebut karena kebetulan kami beberapa kali bertemu dalam scene shoot-out dengan terlapor dengan karakter Keylon Pierce sebagai salah satu bagian dari SAPD dan karakter Darryl Hanks sebagai robber. Kejadian bermula pada tanggal 8 Maret 2026, saat itu kami terlibat dalam scene gang attack (defend). Setelah scene gang attack pada hood kami di sekitar Jefferson tersebut sudah berlalu, salah satu teman kami dikejar oleh Keylon Pierce yang merupakan anggota dari SAPD dan terjadilah shoot-out (ambush) yang saat itu dari SAPD hanya beliau yang terlibat, tidak ada anggota SAPD yang lain. 3 orang dari pihak kami down oleh Keylon Pierce, dari scene ini saja kami sudah merasakan ada kejanggalan karena semua peluru yang ditembakkan oleh Keylon Pierce ini tidak ada miss sedikitpun dan semua peluru mengarah pada left/right arms, bisa dilihat dari video dan lampiran damagelog dari beberapa karakter dari pihak kami yang down. (VIDEO 2) Masih di hari yang sama, beberapa dari kami melakukan kontak RP dengan terlapor berupa shoot-out setelah kami memutuskan untuk ambush ketika salah satu dari pihak kami terkena felony stop oleh Keylon Pierce dan Fyrdochenkov Vennoeszte. Kami menaruh rasa curiga setelah kami me-review ulang salah satu video shoot-out kami dengan terlapor khususnya Keylon Pierce, terdapat beberapa kejanggalan yang saya rasa cukup mendukung dengan laporan ini. Dalam cuplikan video (POV: Issac Shaquille), terlihat bahwa Keylon Pierce menembak Issac yang juga melakukan perlawanan dengan menembak menggunakan SOS dengan lincah. Selang beberapa detik kemudian, terlihat bahwa Keylon Pierce melakukan gerakan memutar yang sangat aneh dan tidak wajar. Selain itu, beberapa peluru yang ditembak oleh Keylon Pierce berhasil mengenai bagian tubuh dari Issac dan tidak jauh dari bagian right/left arms. Padahal, senjata seperti SOS ditembakkan dengan cara sambil berlari namun entah bagaimana Keylon Pierce beberapa kali berhasil menembak dan mengenai bagian right/left arms. (VIDEO 1) Pada tanggal 17 Maret 2026, teman kami dirob oleh Darryl Hanks yang saat itu beberapa dari kami ingin melakukan RP balapan, namun singgah ke MV dan ternyata dirob oleh Darryl Hanks. Singkat cerita, kami melakukan perlawanan dengan jumlah 6 orang dari pihak kami dan 4 orang dari pihak Darryl Hanks dan terjadilah scene shoot-out. Kami yang berjumlah 6 orang mati yang saat itu hanya disulitkan atau didominasi oleh Darryl Hanks seorang diri. 5 dari pihak kami menggunakan senjata Desert Eagle. Saat itu kami curiga karena terlapor menembak dengan perfect, tidak ada miss sedikitpun menggunakan Desert Eagle, yang dimana recoil dari senjata Desert Eagle bisa terbilang menyebar. Namun, pada setiap damagelog yang kami semua terima kebanyakan tertuju pada right/left arms, bahkan satu orang dari kamipun yang berhasil lolos menggunakan motor terkena tembakan Rifle dari Darryl Hanks dan menerima damage pada bagian right/left arms. Halo, saya selaku pemilik karakter Fenwick Lancaster izin memberikan statement terkait kejadian tersebut. Karena kami memiliki hal sama yang dituduhkan pelapor terhadap terlapor, yaitu Health Hack. Tidak bermaksud junking atau semacamnya, saya di sini ingin menambahkan bukti yang memperkuat tuduhan pelapor. Dalam video di atas, saya sudah beberapa kali menembak karakter Irish Levian tetapi armour dia tetap dan tidak berkurang sedikitpun. Yang kita tahu bahwa senjata Desert Eagle memiliki damage sekitar 30-50, tetapi dalam video bisa disimpulkan bahwa armour atau bar putih pada karakter Irish Levian tidak berkurang sedikitpun. Sehingga hal ini membuat saya yakin, bahwa terlapor (khususnya Irish Levian) terbukti menggunakan salah satu program ilegal yaitu Health Hack.
